My oldest has been using the same hand me down mattress for the last 2 years - and has been complaining about it almost as long - so seeing a twin hybrid that resembles our queen that they're jealous of for less than $150 had me curious... It's just as comfy as hoped, and was much quicker to install! It came flat packed like most foam mattresses, which was surprisingly flat given the springs and final thickness; it didn't weigh much at around 70 pounds or so, and I was able to bring it upstairs while still flat to open on the bedframe as instructed. It did have some pinhole leaks in the bag that I could hear, probably from removing the outer wrap, but stayed flat until a few passes with the included tool. It basically inflated immediately, at least on the lower spring section, which may surprise someone unexpected, and the foam took a little under an hour to get almost completely back to size. I'd definitely recommend doing this in the morning to give it the maximum time to inflate, but we had the bedclothes installed in any case after that first hour. At nearly twice the height of the previous mattress, this was obviously hundreds of times more comfortable, with the springs giving the right amount of support and foam countering with a few pillowy inches. The gel was a bit cooling, but not as noticable with sheets on top, though it breathes well enough to offer some airflow even then. It was a bit wider than expected, overlapping the frame a bit when first installed, but sank into place after some weight was applied. Overall, we couldn't be happier with this TXO mattress, and our kid is already asking for another to use for their friends to sleepover on!

This mattress arrived rolled up in a box, so unlike a regular mattress it was pretty easy to move it into the bedroom. I put the box on a mover's dolly and simply rolled it in, without the need for a helper. Once unrolled it quickly expanded into full size. I measured the thickness and it's right around 12 inches. In fact I had some trouble fitting my fitted sheet onto it. The memory foam topper makes it very plush and comfortable. It feels much better than my old mattress/box spring set. This mattress is very easy to set up and is plenty comfortable. I'm never going back to the old bulky, expensive mattress and box spring combination.

What a huge upgrade over the old spring mattress my daughter use to have. She is sleeping like a baby once again and says that she feels like she is doing better in school because she is getting real rest. I'm just happy that she is happy. Well with it!

I got this mattress for my teen daughter and she says it is very comfortable to sleep on. She has not had issues with her knees or back since we switched out her bed. She is sleeping better and waking up more rested.

This mattress is thick, comfortable and wonderful. It's a hybrid, so best of both worlds and I swear it's one of the best mattresses I've ever experienced. We got this for our toddler to transition to a Montessori floor bed and it's so well made I expect he'll be using it for years. It's plush, supportive, and luxurious. Five stars.
