I purchased a TKO Queen 12-inch mattress. It was a helpful service having the mattress delivered to my door; however, the box the mattress was delivered in was quite heavy for me to lift. Placing the vacuumed packaging correctly on the bed frame, so it would open correctly, was difficult because of the weight of the mattress. Once opened and allowing the mattress to "breath" for 24 hours it opened without an issue and is a good fit on the frame. I have not slept on the mattress yet, but I have laid on it and it seems comfortable.

I bought this and let it inflate, which did not take long gave it a day or so to get it sturdiness. But I still sink pretty bad in it. I like soft mattresses but I'd say this is not very good for adults. Especially with back issues for small children would probably be great.

I bought this bed for my 6 years old boy as a replacement for his second hand mattress. This is way better than i expected! Now i am watching if another twin size is going to be available so i can order for my other son.

I was apprehensive about ordering this TXO Twin Mattress, a 12-inch Medium Firm Pocketed Coil, and Gel Memory Foam Hybrid to replace the old secondhand mattress in our "grandkids' room." And boy, am I glad that I did. This mattress is incredibly comfortable. It is our first experience with a hybrid mattress. The reason for my apprehension was that it seemed like shrinking a pocketed coil nearly flat in a vacuum bag and then rolling it before stuffing it in a box would cause severe wear on those springs. To my surprise, it began to spring (pun intended) to its original form once it was released from its plastic shroud. And with no damage to the pocketed springs. We left it to expand for several hours before placing it on the bed frame. It was a perfect fit. I was amazed at how comfortable it was. I agree with the medium firm classification. The most important thing is that our grandson loves it. I took several naps on it to test it out. My conclusion…next time I get a new mattress for our bed, it will be a hybrid. This mattress is well made. It rivals mattresses that are nearly double the price of this one. I had previous experience with coil mattresses, and I didn't care for them because I found them to lack motion isolation. While this mattress lacks 100% motion isolation, it's close enough, and what motion I detected wasn't bothersome at all. It also provides adequate pressure relief. I'm a side sleeper, and I didn't feel any discomfort while napping. I awoke in the same position I went to sleep in. My twin sheets also fit it perfectly. Conclusion: I am completely satisfied with this mattress. It has exceeded my expectations for comfort, motion isolation, cooling effect, weight distribution, and edge support. Items that exceed my expectations receive five stars. It also carries a 60-night trial. So, if you don't like it, let them know, and they'll work to keep you satisfied. I hope this helps. This bed-in-a-box is pretty great. It comes small enough to arrive simply, without a big need for a trip to a store or borrowing a bigger car. The mattress arrives rolled up and is tight as can be. There is an included plastic cutter to keep from cutting the fabric to unroll it (check the attached bag). Pops up like a science experiment and is comfy and tall. Supportive, yet soft. Great for our teen - huge improvement over her old mattress
