Seems a bit lumpy, after the 72 hours. I am sure it will flatten out with more using of it. Update: About after a day, the lumpy part of the bed was gone, and they are no odors. Best online bed to purchase! I now give it five out five stars!⭐️

After a week of letting it open up without laying on it, we’re still under 11inches. Also, the sides are slanted and the mattress has wavy divots throughout. Comfortable in the middle but hard on the sides. Amazon customer service was great BUT THIS IS A 3rd PARTY SELLER! So far, they haven’t offered a solution. I don’t even know what to do with this junk! *will update if customer service actually responds to my previous requests
