After many times printings, lightly scour the surface of the PEI with some mild steel wool with 400 grit will have great adhesion or use alcohol to clear it and let it dry.

Please remove the protective film on the surface before printing. Flexible, detachable, high strength, heat-resistant, four-layer design, thicker and more durable. Easily handles temperatures up to 130C. Great for PLA/PETG/PEEK/ABS and other filaments.

Description

1.Wipe the print surface before and after a print with isopropyl alcohol to maintain a clean surface for maximum bed adhesion strength. 2.As with any build surface, make sure you are not printing too close to the bed to avoid possibly infusing the filament into the build surface.

I noticed one of the comments said they ordered a 220x220 (which is what I have for a printer) and it was too small. So I took there word for it and ordered at 235x235 and it fits my 220x220 perfectly (weird). Works decently however out of the box there was a think yellow gunk smeared all over the plate? Says 220x220. My Ender 5 S1 is supposed to be 220x220. This plate is smaller than stock 5S1. Not sure what's up with thag.

I'm amazed at how much better this is than any other pei sheet I've purchased. I can pick the printer up by the print when the bed is still hot! Smooth side is perfect for tiny delicate articulating prints.

After 3 years of 3D printing I now find myself asking why I didn't switch sooner. The dual sides are great for getting the perfect asthetic for your first layer. I don't use any kind of adhesive at all and all my materials stick well.

First of all for pla adhesion 8s incredible and do comes out easy, on the other hand TPU took it to the extreme, after printing a few pieces in tpu the came out with parts of the build plate. Don't know if mine was a DUD, and i was going to buy a second one, sadly gonna look in a different product

Nylon lifted up after the first layer on the textured surface, even though the description says it's suitable for nylon. I've printed a ton of nylon on garolite with minimal issues. I doubt they actually tested this with nylon.
