    • Almost perfect
I use boroscopes for work, so my experience may be described as extensive. I used it only once so far to find a hidden electric can. This one is articulated, meaning the tip bends in one direction, so one could get a good look by a combination of bending and twisting. It’s reasonably narrow to pass through small gaps, reasonably bright, reasonably long and flexible. No need for cumbersome smartphone pairing, no need for updates, no-hassle start. Image quality is good enough and adequate to the screen size, no led reflections, easy and convenient. One hopes it would last. Update. After couple of months it still works well. The battery holds well. The 1/4” tip gets through typical drainage holes, which helps in diagnosis of water leaks in walls and roofs. It also gave me a clear view of cylinder damage in Mercedes m278 engine. Produces small files that do not require a large SD card. Second Update: one year later this thing paid itself off with ease. The image remained sharp, and the battery life is still amazing. I used it to look inside windows' profiles looking for leaks, search for hidden wires inside walls, diagnose Alusil cylinder scoring in notoriously self-destructing M278 engines, etc. Third Update: After over one year, this is my "go to" boroscope, that I always carry in my truck. Batteries hold very well, and the tool is so versatile, that I simply cannot imagine life without it. ... show more

Very nice...only if it didn't stop working on me after only the second use. But they did take it back for refund no hassle. So giving 2 stars instead of 1 for that. But it was very good before it stopped working. I wana buy another one...but afraid of quality of the electronic components now that might fail past the 30 days warranty. Not sure if I'm gonna get another one. Wish they would give me one on the house do to the circumstances to regain confidence in this brand.... Of so I'll rewrite my review obviously that would be a power move on there part 👍 ... show more

This little guy is very nice, comes with a nice case to store it in. I do a lot of mechanic work and if you are in a spot that you can't see. That's where this guy comes in handy. It can take pictures of whatever you are looking at with it. Has a light on the end which is great. I also tried it on my kitchen sink, drain was stopped up and with this I could see everything. My only complaint is that it's way to expensive when there a several different alternatives that's cheaper. I give 4 🌟 ... show more
