The media could not be loaded. I love my memory foam mattress, but in the summer it sleeps a little hot. We don't notice it as much in the winter, or at least its not an issue, but summer months feel like I am sleeping on a radiator. This pillow top is a great solution as it does provide a little insulation and cooling effect from our mattress, not to mention it also provides a little coziness. Memory foam is both hard and soft at the same time and this mattress pillow top takes a bit of that hard edge off so you feel that softness. I have placed it directly on my mattress and underneath a mattress protector, but I think the mattress protector is optional for those who don't have pets and kids.

The media could not be loaded. This is the only mattress pad I've tested that lives up to its claim. 3 inches of fluff separate you from the mattress. When compressed, it still provides half an inch of cushion. The queen size is huge, and barely fit in my front load washer and dryer. The King size will require a commercial laundromat.

This mattress topper is pretty good. I'm sensitive to the odors from memory foam mattress toppers, so I hoped this would be a good solution, and was not disappointed. This had no smell to it at all! Mine didn't fluff up as much as the picture shows even though I waited 24 hours after unboxing it and left it flat to fluff up. I even shook it as hard as I possibly could, and contemplated putting it in the dryer but then I just really wanted to use it and figured I'd already followed instructions. But despite the less fluffy appearance, it's got it where it counts--it feels really nice and helps significantly with bringing my medium firm mattress down to a softer level. My only complaint is it does trap in some heat. If you are a hot sleeper you might notice this one isn't a god fit for you in hotter temperatures.

This time of the year, it gets a bit stuffy in the middle of the night. We have a new mattress and I feel like I could have used a thicker mattress topper. This extra thick mattress topper checks all the boxes for what I wanted. It's very fluffy and it fit my queen-sized mattress very well. First few days sleeping on it and I can really feel the difference. It's really like sleeping on a fluffy pillow. The one thing I didn't really care for is the square pattern on this topper. It's noticeable when lying on top of it and it's also visible through the bed sheets. It's still a good buy and I have enjoyed sleeping on it.

Super thick and soft mattress topper. It's like sleeping on a thick comforter. Very comfortable. Never had such a thick mattress pad. Super deep fitted pockets that keeps the topper in place. Just barely fit my front loading washing machine. Dried well outside in the sun. Over all really like this mattress topper. It's the only kind I will ever buy from now on.
