We got 2 of these. We put a sheet of plywood on a metal bed frame to help redistribute weight & added a 1.5 inch mattress topper. They’re very comfortable.

I bought this mattress to replace a Signature Sleep mattress that started breaking down within a year. I decided to get this because hybrid mattresses can be quite expensive, and I wanted to see if this style would even work for me. It was great for about 5 months, but then I started to have the same all-over body pain I had with the Signature Sleep. I'm guessing the foam has gotten compressed, even though I rotated the mattress an average of 1x per week. I would still say this mattress is good value for the money, but if you have body pain I would recommend going up in price point if you can. I am now getting a Serta Clarks Hill mattress to replace it, which is twice the price, but hopefully it will last longer. ... show more

Arrived two days after Amazon Prime ordered I love the speed. The box is small. I sprised that a 10 inch mattress could fit in it. It even made me think that it wasn't a mattress. But it's still heavy. At least two people are required to carry it to ensure that you do not get injured. When it's spread out it's only about 2 feet thick. I enjoyed the moment I opened the plastic bag. I watched it expand from 2 inches to 10 inches. The process is fast. And it had some smell when it was first opened, which I think is normal for a new mattress. I have left it on the side for two days and it's getting better. I spent 5 nights on this mattress already.
