My back was hurting from my old firm mattress for a while, so I had done some research and decided to give this mattress a try and it met my expectation. After unboxing it, I left the mattress along 48 hours for full expansion. There is no smell which is good. The medium firm gives right balance between softness and support. I'm quite impressed by how comfortable this mattress is for the price. I also like how the memory foam conforms to my body. I've had most comfortable sleeps in over a month on this mattress. If you are looking for a good quality mattress with affordable price, I don't think you would go wrong with this one. Highly recommend!

I used to buy mattress from mattress store, when the package delivered fast and arrived in a compact box, I was quite surprise. I left it for 24 hours to expand and it was quickly. I go with medium firm, but the memory form layer makes it so comfortable while still giving my back right amount of support. The quality worths every penny. I've slept on it for couple of weeks now, I am quite satisfied with this purchase. No more stiff in the morning! Overall, this is a great mattress, I'd definitely recommend it.

I want to preface this review with I am incredibly picky about my mattress firmness. When I pick a medium mattress, I know there is a spoonful of softness and then a handful of firmness. This mattress is more plushy than my children's squishmallows. I mean i sink faster than a heavy weight on a fishing rod. I still get a semi-decent night's sleep. Unfortunately, it is not what I thought I was getting when I ordered it. Once moving and the new job settle in I am going to purchase something different. I will say that is has great construction, there is no transferred movement, was easy to unpackage to maneuver, and it looks as pictured.

A medium firmness with a side sleeper for me is a good choice. It was amazed that it fit in such a small box, but it was heavy. Logistics was fast and I received it the next day. I can't wait to open it and let it expand. The mattress does have a slight smell like most memory foam beds do. It went away soon. I’m comfortable When I slept on it well, I believe I made a good choice with this bed, as comfortable and well-made as it appears. Freshly ordered and set up, so far so good. No noxious odors, no issues with quality or damage, very comfortable.

Unfortunately, I have been experiencing significant issues with it. The mattress sinks in on the right side, causing discomfort in my shoulder and back. Given these issues, I believe the mattress is defective and would like to request either an exchange or a full refund. I have made several attempts to contact the manufacturer regarding this issue, but I have not received a resolution. Additionally, Amazon has refused to refund the full purchase amount despite the product being defective. Given the circumstances, I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
