Pretty comfy but of course you’ll sleep better if you pad it with a blanket under your bottom sheet. It has a slightly higher lip around the outside to help keep it from collapsing when you are in the edge of it. I’m really hoping the company will do the right thing and send a replacement. My very petite adult daughter barely slept on this last week and it would not hold the air. We followed the directions precisely. I intentionally bought a more expensive air mattress because we were sick of dealing with cheap ones only lasting a very short time. Nobody was jumping or bouncing or walking on it, it was used by a responsible adult. Should last a very long time. So disappointed. This is great if you don't have a guest bedroom and the kids want to have a sleepover. Also, I have taken it with me for sleepovers at family houses. Once you have used it, it's not very easy to roll back up. It takes up a lot of space to store it. It is easy to assemble and you need a good pair of queen sheets. I would not recommend kids jumping on it or using sharp objects near it because you could get a hole in it. I would recommend this air mattress. ... show more

We'd only had it a couple of days and sure enough, storms knocked out power for one of our kids for several days.
