If you are someone like me, who trims there own bangs, maybe cuts your husbands hair, but are not a professional, this is a great pair of scissors. But if you are a professional stylist, as my daughter is, you are not going to be happy with them. I asked her to use them when she was over, to trim my bangs as long as she was around, and she was not a fan. She is used to shears that cost many times the price of these. They were functional for her, and she did the job, but she would not want to use them to do a whole haircut on me or anyone. But for me to have around and use, I'm happy with them. This is my second pair. First pair ordered several years ago, which I still use regularly. This pair is noticeably less sharp even brand new. I have sympathy for all these companies whose supply chains have been disrupted. But fyi, your old Tweezerman scissors are probably better than the new ones, too. ... show more
