In the beginning this product and I had a love hate relationship. I started building it using the BILT app and messed up the first few steps and made irreversible damages to the side panels. I even made trips to Home Depot in hopes that I could salvage some of the pieces but had no luck. Luckily, the company was nice enough to send me replacement parts that arrived only 4 short days later. I was able to then put it together and finished the assembly. My biggest advice is to take your time when building and use both the instructions that it comes with in the package and the BILT app. The app is super easy to follow and has visual photo references. Don’t let the other reviews misguide you, I was able to build this product by myself and only used a hand screw driver. I think if you use anything other than that, then you will most likely damage some pieces. Patience is key, but it was worth it and the overall look is amazing, especially the glossy outer pieces. I purchased this product about a year ago and expected it to last much longer, especially because I don’t use the drawers often and just store light weight clothes in them. Unfortunately, it turned out to be extremely poor quality and defective in so many ways. The drawers DID NOT hold up AT ALL. The bottom shelf that the clothes lay on is a cheap cardboard like material and after a while they just literally ALL started sagging and eventually gave out. Now I’m stuck with a bunch of clothes on the floor and me needing to get a whole brand new dresser. I purchased shelf clips to try and salvage this as long as I could but that only lasted so long. It’s been an inconvenient nightmare; disappointed wouldn’t even be the word. As you can see in the pics almost none of the drawers have a bottom panel. I reached out to the company for support, but they refused to offer a replacement for repair, even though this failure shows poor quality. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive.     • Phenomenal Dresser, Hard Build
This dresser is worth every penny. Typically, I don’t write reviews but I’d suggest this to anyone wanting a white dresser with a glossy finish. They’re super hard to find and it looks stunning in person. HOWEVER. I do want to mention a couple of things. First, if you’re looking for a quick build… this is not for the faint of heart. Myself and my boyfriend spent probably 5 hours total. This comes with a 3D manual on the BILT app that was super helpful (highly recommend), the instructions aren’t hard, it just takes awhile. Secondly, this thing is HEAVY. It was delivered in 2 separate boxes, each probably 150+ lbs, not a huge deal but, this is not a one man task to build or to carry, especially up or down stairs. Absolutely worth the work and it looks like a minimalist luxury piece of furniture for a quarter of the price. LOVE IT! ... show more

We bought the 6 drawers' dresser, when it came, the big piece had small cracked, as soon as we called support, they FedExed quickly. Also, the rep. on the phone was very nice, supportive. EDIT: it’s been over a year now since I bought this. The gloss is still great, drawers still work. However, I had to take away a star because poor quality really showed. My bottom two drawers don’t close properly anymore. The bottom wood piece is flimsy, it doesn’t hold up anymore. So I had to McGuyver a piece of plastic under the drawer (because I can’t take the drawers apart to super glue) so the wood piece doesn’t catch preventing it from closing. Sometimes I have to reach underneath and still push up. It’s very annoying. You def get what you pay for. I’m only taking one star off bc the top four drawers still work….for now. Got this last week. Did not know it was coming in TWO separate packages, so it was kind of a pain to unwrap everything, realize it was only half the material and have to wait four days for the second package. I have to contact seller for the tracking info - they responded in a timely manner. Overall, it was somewhat straightforward. I tried to assemble it on my own, but did need help near the end turning the frame upright and then downward, and then upright again. The gloss on the drawers is VERY nice though. It looks so high quality. My only annoyance is the drawers. They’re a great size, but only pull out halfway. Wish i could pull the drawers to at least 3/4 length. Otherwise, it’s great! Everything came correctly, no missing pieces, extra nails included, and great finish. ... show more
