In the beginning this product and I had a love hate relationship. I started building it using the BILT app and messed up the first few steps and made irreversible damages to the side panels. I even made trips to Home Depot in hopes that I could salvage some of the pieces but had no luck. Luckily, the company was nice enough to send me replacement parts that arrived only 4 short days later. I was able to then put it together and finished the assembly. My biggest advice is to take your time when building and use both the instructions that it comes with in the package and the BILT app. The app is super easy to follow and has visual photo references. Don’t let the other reviews misguide you, I was able to build this product by myself and only used a hand screw driver. I think if you use anything other than that, then you will most likely damage some pieces. Patience is key, but it was worth it and the overall look is amazing, especially the glossy outer pieces. I purchased this product about a year ago and expected it to last much longer, especially because I don’t use the drawers often and just store light weight clothes in them. Unfortunately, it turned out to be extremely poor quality and defective in so many ways. The drawers DID NOT hold up AT ALL. The bottom shelf that the clothes lay on is a cheap cardboard like material and after a while they just literally ALL started sagging and eventually gave out. Now I’m stuck with a bunch of clothes on the floor and me needing to get a whole brand new dresser. I purchased shelf clips to try and salvage this as long as I could but that only lasted so long. It’s been an inconvenient nightmare; disappointed wouldn’t even be the word. As you can see in the pics almost none of the drawers have a bottom panel. I reached out to the company for support, but they refused to offer a replacement for repair, even though this failure shows poor quality. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive.     • Phenomenal Dresser, Hard Build
This dresser is worth every penny. Typically, I don’t write reviews but I’d suggest this to anyone wanting a white dresser with a glossy finish. They’re super hard to find and it looks stunning in person. HOWEVER. I do want to mention a couple of things. First, if you’re looking for a quick build… this is not for the faint of heart. Myself and my boyfriend spent probably 5 hours total. This comes with a 3D manual on the BILT app that was super helpful (highly recommend), the instructions aren’t hard, it just takes awhile. Secondly, this thing is HEAVY. It was delivered in 2 separate boxes, each probably 150+ lbs, not a huge deal but, this is not a one man task to build or to carry, especially up or down stairs. Absolutely worth the work and it looks like a minimalist luxury piece of furniture for a quarter of the price. LOVE IT! ... show more

This product is worth the price.It is very classy and beautiful. I was expecting it to be taller, but that might have been on me for not paying attention to that part. It took about 2 hours by myself to put together. The scan instructions are better than the paper instructions, in my opinion. I am very happy with this purchase. The reason I am not giving it five stars is because there were cracks in the polish on multiple pieces and the top had to be forced on so it cracked the middle front part a little. The drawers hide it so it isn’t a big deal to me. If you are looking for a 60” white glossy dresser this is the one for you! ... show more

It was difficult to put together ikea furniture instructions are easier. But over all the dresser is cute it’s really shiny white like Glossy which I like. It’s kinda short, but it’s long the drawers are small. You can’t fit much in them. I probably wouldn’t buy this again but for the price it’s okay. It’s fit in the space I needed it to. ... show more

First of all this product arrives in two shipments with no indication. The seller did not answer my questions about this. The parts arrived with several chips and cracks. The seller did not respond to my questions about replacement parts. Construction is complicated for such cheap material (particle board and laminate) and - the worst thing about this item - the parts are poorly fabricated. The holes made for various cam locks are not even or flush, so just putting the dresser together causes damage. The clips made to hold the cheap paneling at the bottom of the drawer just give way when any weight is added. I have one drawer on this dresser set that is unusable, and another on the way. I’ve had the product for 7 months and it is a huge disappointment. Only pros are that it looks fine if you squint and ignore the broken drawers, the finish is good and accurate to pictures. Not worth the dysfunctional piece, however. Buyer beware. ... show more

Unfortunately I took long time to assemble this due to personal circumstances, but once I did it was so hard to assemble since some of the pieces didn’t came on same size specifically the little wood pins that goes on the top part of the dresser causing that the pieces don’t fit properly.
