Top Amazon Reviews

🚀 Abunda's Overview

This is our summary and key points to consider based on customer reviews.

The dresser appears to be an aesthetically pleasing choice with modern design, matching well with existing furniture. However, assembling can be challenging and time-consuming; those without DIY experience may find it hard, but with patience, it is manageable. The dresser is sturdier and lasts longer than IKEA equivalents, however, the drawers are not deep and can't bear heavy load.

Pros

  • 🏞 The modern design and white color matches different interiors.
  • 🔩 Assembly possible by an individual, not necessarily needing two people.
  • 🔥 Longer lifespan than similar IKEA items.

Cons

  • 🛠 Assembly can be quite time-consuming and needs patience
  • 📘 The instructions are mostly pictures, which may be confusing for some.
  • 🏋 The drawers are not deep and can't bear heavy load, indicating a potential durability issue.

Should I Buy It?

Yes, if you are looking for a stylish, budget-friendly dresser and don't mind investing time in assembly. However, if you have a large volume of heavy clothes or lack patience and DIY experience, you may want to consider other options.

  • I LOVE this dresser!
Color: White
This dresser is a breakthrough for me. As someone that's settling into their personal space for the first time, 8 drawers are way too generous lol. But you can put anything in these drawers. For 8 of them, I assumed they'd be pretty small but it's not at all. It's literally two full dressers in one so this is a real bang for your buck. My dimensions: Overall dresser: 56.4 in. length × 17.3 in. width × 33.5 in. height. Drawer dimensions: 26.2 in. length × 14.2 in. width × 6.2 in. depth/height. Although the plastic add-on legs are cheap-looking, it's hidden underneath the dresser to give it a "float-like look". Still very stunning! The handles have a metal-like feel and finish but it's plastic. Still looks very modern and sleek! It took me 2 days to assemble because I didn't have all the tools. Be sure to have a hammer, different sizes of the Phillip screwdriver, and also a lot of patience lol. There aren't written instructions in the manual, just pictures of the step-by-step process. They aren't the most detailed but it's not impossible to put together. It helps to have someone else help you out! ... show more

  • Box one out of two was missing
Color: White
I ordered this dresser, hoping to having eight drawers to fit all of my clothes because I have been folding Kondo style. I figured that this dresser would be perfect since I don't need so much upper drawer space. I was super excited to start building it when I got it, and although I had read that this dresser came with very difficult to understand directions - I was up for a challenge. Before buying this dresser I also made sure to read as many reviews as I possible could and it seemed like it was a hit or miss but I felt like I would really like the dresser in the long run. Well boy, was I wrong. Once I started building the dresser I realized that the pieces weren't lining up with the first page of directions. Then I realized, I WAS MISSING BOX ONE OUT OF TWO. Not only had I already gotten rid of my other dresser of 13 years but I had to wait two more days for box two out of two and it never arrived. Thankfully Amazon gave me a complete refund. When I decided to buy this dresser from another website, I did get both boxes but the top and bottom frames were broken in HALF. Do yourself a favor and just don't bother buying this dresser PLEASE. ... show more

  • Takes Time and Patience
Color: White
I'm a middle-aged woman with very weak wrists, but I was able to assemble the dresser by myself. It turned out perfect. It matches the bookcase/cabinet that I bought from another company perfectly. It's very modern and looks cute in my office. That being said, it is small. The depth is pretty shallow, and, as another reviewer stated, the drawers only come out about halfway. Material-wise, you're getting engineered wood of various types and thicknesses. You have to be very careful and follow all of the instructions. If you rush or get sloppy, you might mess it up. This took me several hours to put together by myself. Don't use a drill or you run the risk of damaging the pieces. I used a small battery-operated drill on another project and did split wood, so I took it to heart this time. The instructions call for two men, but I'm just one 5'1" female. If you make space and plan out your steps, you can do it. The screws and other parts were all in one bag, so the first thing I did was get an organizer tray and sort them all out. I was worried that I might have to go to the hardware store, but that wasn't necessary. My package did not involve any glue. I simply followed instructions. They might be a little confusing, but if you have all of your parts sorted correctly, you should be able to figure it out. Some of the pieces, like the drawer sides, were not labeled the way the directions described them, so just sort out the pieces. You should have 8 of each. I got worried before I realized I had mixed them up. The numbers on the pieces were not indicative of what they were. I think they were just time stamps and maybe departments or lots or something. So, I thought they'd given me the wrong thing. I sat back down and went through them and found they were all there. Patience is key. Take your time, and it should work out fine. There were challenges like bending over to put 70 tiny finishing nails in the back side of the cabinet and keeping the thin pieces from falling through in the process, so just take five and come back to it. I had trouble getting a couple of the screws to go through the drawer and the rails on the dresser, so I used a nail to make sure I had the holes lined up. I also used a flash light to see if I had the screw hole positioned over the metal rail hole. I used a regular size Phillip's head screwdriver, a flathead screwdriver, the small hex tool included, and a hammer to put the pieces together. The instructions calls for an awl. Most hole were pre-drilled, but some of them were not. This is probably where they intended for you to use an awl. I just started the hole the same way I start holes on the wall. I tapped a nail at that point until it had a good enough depth where a screw wouldn't slip out of it. It is a challenge to put together simply because there are so many drawers, but it wasn't that hard, and I had extra screws left over. I'm pretty sure I used all that were called for, so these were just extras in the bag. Good luck! ... show more
