The media could not be loaded. beautiful material, but with just over a year of use, everything is breaking inside the drawers and behind the dresser, you cannot move it to clean it, as they are very fragile and break the entire structure, my tv that was on top almost fell.

We Like he color, it does resemble the picture nice gray. Took very long time to assemble and once it was assembled, it started falling apart, the bottom of the shelves slides out of the front panel and it happened to several drawers :( already , had to put glue to hold the bottom and the front of the drawer. Took us (2 people) 5 hours to build. The paper instructions suck i’d suggest watching the video. Also the drawers don’t pull out as much as we’d like. Id say it’s worth the price when it’s $160 if it not, just wait the price will drop lol

This is really good product. It's heavy, not able leans forward or fall down.easy assemble but took some time, deep drawers and closes properly and all fit and good shape.i was expecting MDF material unfortunately is not. it's useful. Stored all my stuff. Happy for that. I recommend it highly.

The drawers don't hold much. After almost 1 year of having it, the bottom keeps falling out of 1 of the drawers. The assembly wasn't too bad as long as you follow the instructions but it did take me a while to put it together (like 3 hrs). Definitely over priced.

First off, this dresser came packed in 2 boxes which Amazon doesn't say, as it is very heavy. UPS forgot to deliver the 2nd package at the same time so I immediately contacted the seller and I was very impressed, they got right back to me and let me know what the situation was and that it would be there soon! UPS did come back the same day only a few hours later to deliver it. It took about 4 or 5 hours to assemble, I did it all by myself. The instructions are the common picture step by step so you have to be extremely care that you have the right hardware going into the right parts. All the hardware (there is alot, it makes the dresser strong) came in one big bag so I immediately grabbed the ziplock bags and had my 4 year old help me sort all the different screws and such into there owns bags so they wouldn't get lost or confuse me. After getting it assembled I slid it across the floor from my living room to the bedroom.. even though it would be very heavy to lift, it slid with ease and didn't make me feel like it was wobbly or that the sliding would loosen a part or break off a foot which is awesome! The draws slide in and out very smoothly. All and all I believe this dresser is going to hold up for decades to come. It was thoughtfully designed with every piece and covering. All the holes matched up perfectly and it doesn't shake, tilt, bend or wobble like alot of cheaper costing dressers do! Definitely a $400 dresser for a fraction of the price! ... show more

    • 1 of 2 boxes was damaged.

So, FedEx dropped of the 2 boxes. I went outside and picked them up. one box was damaged, and the other box was just fine, no damage. ok, the damaged box was all taped up, I'm I don't know by who, the warehouse or FedEx, don't know, don't care. Boxes get damaged by FedEx. Every time something has been ship by FedEx to me, the box has been damaged in one way or the other. Oh one more thing, the driver never knocks on the door. Must of my shipping has been done by UPS, no problems with them. No damaged boxes, will as of yet. Anyway I opened the big box and found what appeared to be good. As I was laying everything out to be put together, that's we when everything started to fall apart. I found 4 broken parts. They are drawer parts. So now its time to put it together. The instructions, will it looked liked a 1st grader wrote them. All pictures. Oh there was some writing, for the screws and stuff to use. They had numbers on them. However, the numbers and pictures, will lets just say that it was hard to figure out in most of the pictures. so putting it together to say the lest was a score of -10. it feels pretty solid right now. but if you have young kids around, they should leave the room, get my meaning. so now I need to contact I think amazon, I'm not sure, to find out how to get ahold of the company, and get me some new parts. Because I need one side, 3 backs and 6 screws to put the handles on. other then that it looks pretty good, but only time will tell on that. The company or amazon needs to drop FedEx. ... show more

I initially had trouble assembling this product because I reversed pieces. I mistakenly thought the pieces were faulty. Customer service worked with an irritable customer using patience and understanding. They even shipped me new parts to make sure I would be happy with the product. Nobody does that today. The product is sturdy and just what I needed. The hardware is solid and will ensure that the dresser lasts a long time. I will buy from this company again any time. Highly recommend! ... show more
