I have to say upon receiving our item…for the price we couldn’t be happier. Shipping was quick. It came packaged extremely well. It’s sturdy and it looks very nice in our space. We are loving the fireplace colors! Only issue we had was one of the side stands had a crooked leg so it was uneven and the side piece of wood was broken off. First, the company does not really make it very clear that this tv stand is actually in 3 pieces. So it does no look like the photos all one big piece all nice.. and then they do not tell you that they ship all 3 in different boxes.. so I literally got the biggest piece with nothing else and was from that point on frustrated. The two end pieces do not line up with the main piece so it looks trashy. One of the end pieces came damaged with marks all over the front of it and pieces of the stand being slightly broken and the top will not level at all…. Fireplace is suppose to come with crystals, they never came with it, and were not in the other two boxes I got either.. I thought by buying a product that looked so nice and was actually as long and one piece as the photo makes you believe, that it would be great.. but as you can read, it’s not. Paying over $600 with tax and fees for this piece of junk was a huge waste of money. I have filed a complaint and a request for a full refund. I even got Amazon involved with this to make sure the sure is doing what they should be. I do not recommend anyone buying this product. It’s miss leading and literally the quality is super poor.

Although it is nice, the quality is decent, so many part do not sit flush. I filled out many with a sealant or caulk. The slit for where the back boards sit wasn’t aligned properly so I had to drill extra space for it to fit. (For all 3 pieces). There were some places that didn’t have holes where screws went in. Depending on the size of your tv the 2 end parts could be side tables. The boxes were super heavy to carry alone, it took 2 people to move them around. The instructions were pretty clear but it did skip some things. Still easy to figure out. Heating is amazing!! I would purchase again, however I do not think it would survive moving from one house to another.

The media could not be loaded. We loved it! Ours is holding strong. I glued everything during assembly and let it sit without weight for 24 hours. Some of the reviews claiming it can't hold heavy TVs may have missed steps from the manual. I followed everything step by step.

To receive this and for the price I paid, this is NOT worth it. Packaging was sad. I didn’t even see the fireplace part in the box!!!!? I do NOT recommend this entertainment center, look else where.

Very good instructions, packaged well and all parts are marked very clearly. It’s very easy to put together with someone to help you, but it can be done by yourself. It’s a lot more sturdy and solid than I expected. This is not like the junk you get at a big box store. I would definitely buy it again. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
