Lots of wheel cleaners say they will clean tires, but most require multiple passes. but this actually cleans tires! I don't even use it for wheels, only the tires. 4 Sprays around the tire for each, 16 sprays total. Instant browning, some agitation with a stiff brush and they are clean and black, no additional browning, ready for protection. I've done 4 cars and still have about 50% of the bottle left. It's inexpensive and economical. If they sold this in a gallon form I'd gladly buy it in that size, shame turtle wax doesn't do more for us in that way. ... show more

I am actually a fan of this combo. The wheel cleaner is enough for regular use, maybe not if you are a pro, but if you like to keep your car clean the wheel cleaner works well to loosen up dirt and light brake dust. The tire shine is great for me. Leaves a nice subtle shine without the greasy look. It is thin so I believe it is water based, but holds up well even after a rain shower or two. My favorite part is how easy it is to scrub off with the wheel cleaner and a small wheel brush. If you need industrial strength stuff and gooey or thicker hurricane surviving tire shine, this may not be for you. ... show more

Turtle Wax Wet'n Black works great on tires. Really makes the black pop. The running boards on my 2003 have been looking faded for years, no matter how I scrubbed and washed them. I tried the Wet'n Black on them and now they look brand new. Just be sure to wipe off the excess very well or the running boards will be slippery. They still look great after 4 weeks. ... show more

I must preface this by saying that my wheels are coated so they don't hold a lot of brake dust to begin with. I bought this for $4.00 (Actually $3.97) and it works just fine on my car. I wanted something that was an all it one. It works fine on my wheels and tires, but honestly, I do not have faith that it will work on heavier brake dust or tires that are especially dirty. It is a bit tough to get the previous applied tire dressing off. But look, for $4.00 it's a good deal. If you are looking for deep cleaning, spend the extra money and look elsewhere. ... show more

I was on the hunt for a good wheel cleaner. When I saw the combo, I decided to try it. The tire shine worked like any other shine. The real test was on the cleaner. It worked great! It was able to take off terrible brake dust off of a car that I was working on. Amazing! The only downside it that you need quite a bit to get it clean and because of that, this only lasted a total of three washes. So this tire shine definitely doesn’t dry all they way. I used this in the summer after washing and detailing my car. I usually get a different brand I thought I would try this. I feel like the shine never really dried. It was a few days later and it was still wet to the point where I could leave a mark with my finger. Could definitely see the droplet marks from it spinning off the tires when I drove. But other than that the tires did look very nice. And even though it didn’t actually seem to dry…. It did seem to stay on the tires for at least a couple weeks if it 3-4. I just would prefer to have the shine actually dry. ... show more

I love my new car! White Tesla, Model 3. While I'm waiting for the car, I buy all kinds of stuff, that I think I may use once the car is delivered... i.e. Wet'n Black Ultra Wet Tire Shine... Fast forward 6 months, I have used this product maybe for the first 3 washes, but honestly, I don't see a difference between using - or not using it. It certainly does NOT look wet, rich, black, or sexy, they're just the regular ol' tires... Today, I have ordered black Rimetrix wheel covers. I WILL have a new - and hopefully much better tire treatment by the time of their arrival. ...I'm not angry about "Wet'n Black Ultra Wet Tire Shine", I'm just very disappointed. Would I recommend this product to Friends? Not if I'd like to keep them. ... show more

This is probably not the glossiest or darkest tire shine of all time (I use it pretty sparingly so that could have something to do with it) but it's plenty dark and glossy enough for me. It has lasted quite a while on my front tires but does not seem to last nearly as long on my back tires. I'm not sure if thats because of the brand or style or what but it seems to wear off my back tires within a few days while my front tires still appear to have some dressing on them after a couple weeks. (Car is garage kept and doesn't see a ton of rain) I might try a different product next time just to try others out and see what I have the best results with but I'm definitely not unhappy with this product and would buy it again. ... show more
