I’ve recently.purchased a vehicle with a Matte Gray painted finish. Little did I know, the amount of research I’d be doing in order to keep this paint looking great and not adding “Shine” to my Matte finish through waxes and chemicals.. My car came with another brands soap and cleaning products that were very expensive, so I started looking for alternatives. Chemical Guys to the rescue! I found this concentrate, which I really like. I put just a capful in my foam cannon and fill it with water. You can adjust how much foam, and the thickness of the foam by modifying the soap to water ratio. Product calls for 2 ounces in a foam cannon or 1 ounce in a 5 gallon bucket if you are bucket washing. * The foam i get is fantastic! * I love the smell! * It rinses off easily and doesn’t streak.

I used brake buster regularly, yet when I used this product first time, there was a huge amount of dirt came from the tire. I used 1:1 ratio, which is much stronger than brake buster and not good on wallet. Next time, I will dilute the amount. Still it feels good compared to brake buster.

This tire cleaner is an excellent product. When you spray it on your rims and tires and let it sit for a minute, it lifts all of the grime, dust and tire browning out of the tires and makes cleaning the tire a lot easier. This product does a really good job of removing prior tire dressings, road grime, and dirt from the tires if you were trying to prep the tire for a new tire dressing or some kind of coating. Don’t let the color of the product fool you. It may be purple, but it doesn’t smell like grapes. It has a real strong, pungent smell. I would recommend putting a mask over your nose or just covering your nose when spraying it on the tires. It’s not a pleasant smell, but it gets the job done. After using this product to clean the rims and the tires, you will notice that the tires are very bare, and the rims are very clean. This product is excellent for stripping off and removing everything that shouldn’t be there. I would recommend purchasing the gallon size and not the smaller size of this product. If you go for the small 16 ounce size by the time you spray all four of your tires on your vehicle and clean it you won’t have much left in the bottle. I just always purchased the gallon jug and dilute it down 50-50 so that way I can make it last longer. At that dilution ratio it still works very well.If you are looking for a tire cleaning product that will remove old tire dressings, dirt, grime, and anything else, then definitely purchase this product. It makes cleaning your tires, a much less labor-intensive job.

The sprayer ends up wasting most of the product in the areas between the rims. So you maybe wise to use a pump sprayer and cutting the mixture 50/50 with water and creating a foam. The product is just too expensive to use the sprayer it comes with that will waste more than half. You can’t just spray it on and hose it off. You need to clean using the appropriate brushes first to remove iron and the brake dust. Using Dawn with brushes first will remove most of the brake dust. Anything that is left behind will easily be removed using the wheel cleaner and save using so much product. You know wheels that are cleaned regularly uses less product and makes it much easier to keep the rims clean. I recommend buying the gallon size based on the price point. A two step cleaning process saves money and uses less product. I hate having to bend over using a small brush and recommend using a long handle medium to soft bristle brush. Your back will thank you 😊

This is the best wheel and tire cleaner i have ever found. I simply rinse the tire wall and rim and apply this stuff and let it sit for about 30 seconds to a minute and then use a two sided damp wheel washing hand glove to scrub the tire wall with the rough side of the glove and the rim with the soft side and this stuff removes all of the set in brake dust. I was using Adam's products here from Amazon long before they were on a Walmart shelf. I have bought lots of products and used many of different cleaners but nothing compares to this stuff. This is my go to cleaner and have been using it for quite some time and i buy the big containers to refill my own spray bottle and this stuff combined with the wheel glove i use deliveries a very clean wheel and rim that allows the tire shine that i apply to shine so well i have received compliments and people asking me where i get my car detailed. I have quite a few of Adams brand products and this is just one of the many products that is in my car care arsenal. I highly recommend this company's products
