They sound great and feel comfortable. Many options to adjust to your preferences. They last a long time this is my second pair the first pair I miss handled by throwing in a bag absentmindedly and they ended up cracking on one side was left hanging. So I had purchased a similar item through amazon warehouse "like new" condition. I did some research first on what to expect on a "like new" item and it was suppose to be almost brand new, and what I received was literal garbage, it came broken in pieces. So I was really IFFY about buying another renewed/refurb item from amazon, but the price was just good so decided to give it one more shot. Glad I did, you could not tell the item was refurbished at all, it looked brand new, came in a generic box with a turtle beach branded slip on the box. The headset was bubble wrapped and came with a turtle beach branded charge cable. Super easy to pair with my Xbox, the sounds its pretty good and the volume is loud but crisp at the higher levels. Doesn't have Bluetooth as some of the more pricey headsets out there but that was ok with me, for your casual gamer its great!
