This is not a tiny little toddler swing, though my 4 year old is the primary user. It's big enough for a small butted adult (so not me but some people!). The chains are heavy duty and sturdy and also plenty long. We hung it on an already placed line that was between two trees but would be easy enough to hang on hooks or a bar. The rubber seems sturdy on the seat and so does the chain. We probably will leave it up all winter even. ... show more
