The swing itself is great. My 15 year old and 4 year old have both been having fun on it together and individually. I’ve even used it a bit. We have a simple three swing swingset in the backyard and this takes up two of the spaces. I didn’t need the included carabiners or hanging straps to use it with our existing swingset. The instructions are lacking. You have 8 washers but they only tell you when to use 4 of them. Yeah, you can kind of figure it out on your own, but it might require going back and undoing steps. Who has time for that? Also, the wording can be confusing. It has a very high weight rating, but I know our swingset weight rating is much lower. So I’m definitely not going to try my luck with 700 lbs. We’re really happy to have this. It’s nice to see my kids playing together despite their age difference. ... show more

Really fun swing that feels well made and very sturdy. The instructions are a bit lacking, but can be figured out. It can easily hold an adult with child or even a few children. This is an awesome saucer tree swing. It is made well and holds A LOT of weight. My issue with it is that I wish the straps were longer since our previous swing was on a highbranch. The provided straps are definitely heavy duty but just not long enough to meet our needs. Thankfully, we were able to hang it from the old ropes we already had on the limb. My daughter and I can swing on it together and have a blast and combined that is roughly just over 200 lbs. The swing is made well and was easy to put together. ... show more

This is a lot of fun, and two or three small children can comfortably play on it together. - Sturdy. The metal tubing, the swing, the straps, and ropes are strong. The carabiners at the top of the ropes screw closed. - Easy to assemble. The two tools needed, a wrench and an Allen key, are in the bag with the hardware. I had no trouble putting it together in fifteen minutes, including carefully reading the assembly instructions. Assembly note: when inserting the screws, one washer next to the nut, no washer next to the head of the screw. In the hardware bag, I found two extra washers. There are two heavy straps (called "hangers" in the assembly instructions) that I suppose would be needed when hanging the swing from a higher point, but I didn't see a need for them, and the assembly instructions don't explain their use at all. ... show more

I had a custom one of these for many years, decades ago. Originally to soothe a child with autism. This saucer swing is a hit with the kids! It feels like it’s built to last. Depending on where you plan to hang it, you might also need to buy extra chains. Overall, it’s a good buy, especially for the price. Just keep in mind the assembly might take some extra time and you might need some additional supplies. ... show more

Great kids swing, and adults fit too. It was easy to put together and feels very sturdy. The material seems strong and durable, and the colors are nice and bright as pictured. We'll see how it holds up but so far very happy with this purchase and my kid loves it!
