Wow! We love our couch and the seller has been wonderful. It was shipped out all together in 5 boxes. We received 4 boxes in 7 days then seller had to help us track the 5th box. It was found and delivered in a timely manner! We got the 4 seat couch. It is beautiful, comfortable and very easy to put together. We absolutely love the reclining end with heat and massaging functions. It has several outlets and charging ports. It is lit up underneath and had plenty of cup holders. We added a couch cover too. Not a bad couch for the money. When you order this you will basically get the straight couch and then they will ship the corner piece. I received 11 boxes that came from all over the country. I received a separate email from Tunyi listing all of the tracking number which was nice. Assembly isn’t that hard but the instructions suck. My biggest complaint is not all the parts came in one box, some parts were taped to sections of the couch that they didn’t even belong to which was very confusing. This couch is U shaped and not that big, when both recliners are extended they almost touch in the middle. Also, this sofa is not designed for the middle of the room, there 4 parts of this that need plugged in, 2 on each side, so we are currently using extension cords until I figure something out. The sofa is comfortable and everything works as advertised. The massage is more of a vibrabration and the heat is nice. Overall I bought this on sale and so far it has been worth it ... show more

This is a great deal for a really nice love seat. It is comfy, sturdy and looks great in my room. I love, or I should say, our dog loves the center area. The fabric is soft. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY: Defective! The seller offered $50.00 off for the following issues: 1. Your statement that a certain type of charger can't be used on the furniture wasn't disclosed before purchasing. However, I have used different chargers and have experienced the same issue. I've provided photos of this issue. 2. No matter the intensity's setting, the volume is still loud and bothersome. Also, what's the purpose of having a massage feature if I'm incapable of using it as desired to simply avoid how loud it is? Again, this is another mis-step concerning the description. 3. The furniture is assembled appropriately, and the blue light does illuminate. The issue is the quality of the speakers when they are on. The sound is muffled and staticky, not clear as expected for this feature. I'd like to reiterate, I'm not asking for a full refund for the items. I'm simply asking for compensation based on my dissatisfaction and the lack of disclosure that was used in your description. As a paying customer it seems a tad bit deceptive to withhold details and not take accountability if/when you receive a complaint. We look forward to settling this matter. ... show more

Bought this because didn't have a lot of room and it is just me most of the time. Totally love it. The power recliners are great although sometimes forget to turn on the massage. The Bluetooth speaker on it is great. Had an issue with it not working but the company worked with me to get it fixed fairly quickly. The lights underneath are pretty cool although I sometimes turn them on accidentally when reclining Love the cup holders and fold down table and use the outlet occasionally. ... show more

I had bought this more for its looks. I thought some of the additional features were nice to have. It arrived over 2 days in 3 boxes. It was relatively easy to put together by myself. Although another hand could have useful putting together the connecting plates. Overall it's fairly comfortable. It looks to be solid. Time will tell. Mostly disappointed with the massage and heat feature. I really couldn't tell the difference in the massage intensity feature. The heat was negligible. The LED lights kind of a cheesy addition. The reclining seemed adequate. I do like the USB and C connections. Overall it's okay. I figure it's disposable furniture anyway. ... show more
