Description and dimensions are as described, it came in a bunch of boxes and the instructions are easy to put it together, everything works as it should, it's pretty comfy and it's reclined position and it's about average when you're sitting up. I mainly got this because of the middle piece folding down and it's great having extra storage for when you're eating. I ordered this love seat for our game room about 3 weeks ago. So far I am very pleased with my choice. It's easy to assemble, good quality looks great and very comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the length of the foot rest. It's great for my wife at 5'2 but for me at even 5'9 it comes up short. Over all not that big of a deal. The customer support is 5 star all the way. When I received my packages " ON TIME " all the boxes were correct but somehow the warehouse had put the wrong section in box A. I immediately took a couple pictures of the duplicate sections sent contacted customer support and within a matter of 2 hours they contacted me with updates on how they were resolving the problem. Within 24 hours they had sent out the correct section and had sent it FedEx express. 3 days later I had my package sitting at my door when I got home from work. Over all I would highly recommend doing business with this company. There products are good quality and they back up there products with GREAT customer support. ... show more

    • You Would Pay Far More In-Store

I was a little nervous about buying a "some assembly required" loveseat, sight unseen, off Amazon. It turned out to be an excellent deal! The loveseat arrived in 4 boxes, each of which was just about manageable to carry upstairs on its own. I believe the heaviest was about 72lbs, so YMMV. There is an assembly video on YouTube which made the whole thing far easier than the included instructions, just search for "Tunyi loveseat assembly". Note that the video has one error: the USB cable that's under the center console does not plug into the USB port in the console itself. It plugs into the two-prong wall wart that comes inone of the boxes (think cellphone charger) and then into a regular outlet so that the USB ports get power. Total assembly time was maybe 1h 15m and I wasn't rushing. Another tip: when you're assembling the three lower parts together with the four brackets, use some of the cardboard packaging as a wedge under each of the seat bottoms. It will help to align everything correctly while you tighten the bolts. I'm very happy with the end result! I daresay that something similar in a store would easily cost you $2-300 more. Yes, you wouldn't have to assemble it, and yes, the massage feature might be a little better, but for the price paid you absolutely can't argue with the value for money proposition. ... show more

Ok I bought this loveseat because it had good reviews, looked comfortable and had heat/massage. I had high hopes for it. So disappointing! I usually don't pay much attention to bad reviews if something has mostly good reviews but please don't be me. This loveseat is anything but comfortable. the back cushion is very odd and uncomfortable, hitting right in the top middle of your back in an uncomfortable way and the bottom cushion near the front has hard knobs inside that dig into your legs and is super uncomfortable! I assume they are part of the massage feature I'm not sure though. The massage isn't really a massage it just vibrates you and not that great and the heat works ok but not super warm. I am very displeased with my purchase and honestly if it wasn't such a hassle to take back apart and ship back I would have returned it. Please be warned and don't be fooled it is NOT a comfortable loveseat at all and probably worse if you are a person of size at all! Be warned! ... show more

Couch is just ok. Was hoping for something a bit more durable, but this isn't it. One of the handles to assist moving it ripped off with barely any force.
