I ordered this love seat for our game room about 3 weeks ago. So far I am very pleased with my choice. It's easy to assemble, good quality looks great and very comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the length of the foot rest. It's great for my wife at 5'2 but for me at even 5'9 it comes up short. Over all not that big of a deal. The customer support is 5 star all the way. When I received my packages " ON TIME " all the boxes were correct but somehow the warehouse had put the wrong section in box A. I immediately took a couple pictures of the duplicate sections sent contacted customer support and within a matter of 2 hours they contacted me with updates on how they were resolving the problem. Within 24 hours they had sent out the correct section and had sent it FedEx express. 3 days later I had my package sitting at my door when I got home from work. Over all I would highly recommend doing business with this company. There products are good quality and they back up there products with GREAT customer support. ... show more

So far this has been good I've had it almost a year. Description and dimensions are as described, it came in a bunch of boxes and the instructions are easy to put it together, everything works as it should, it's pretty comfy and it's reclined position and it's about average when you're sitting up. I mainly got this because of the middle piece folding down and it's great having extra storage for when you're eating. I gave this couch 5 stars because of the multiple features. Not only is it comfortable which is the most important but the massage and heat feels really good. Of course it's only vibrations but from the legs to the upper back and can be changed up by the remote for each seat. The led lights are bright, USB and 110 outlet is super handy. I really like the drawer for the TV remote and other gadgets. Took my wife and I 45 minutes to an hour after unboxing to put together. I do recommend a 2 nd person to help with installing brackets. It came in manageable size boxes and 2 separate days from UPS. These are not very large seats so if you are very tall etc you may want to compare this unit to others. I purchased this reclining sofa less than 6 months ago. It's been about 5 months since we've had it set up and using. It is already malfunctioning, the springs are popping up, the reclining isn't working on 1 of the seats. All the electrical elements are having issues. It sure was a lot of money for some ridiculously crappy, worthless sofa. I bought this for my hubby as his mobility has lessened and needed something reliable that he could be comfortable in. We had some shipping issues, but the company responded quickly and got us the missing pieces within a few days. Once we had all the parts it was easy to assemble. It feels sold and the electronics work well. The cushions support well and the heat is very nice in the winter. The frame is sturdy and it's easy to wipe down if there are spills. I had bought this more for its looks. I thought some of the additional features were nice to have. It arrived over 2 days in 3 boxes. It was relatively easy to put together by myself. Although another hand could have useful putting together the connecting plates. Overall it's fairly comfortable. It looks to be solid. Time will tell. Mostly disappointed with the massage and heat feature. I really couldn't tell the difference in the massage intensity feature. The heat was negligible. The LED lights kind of a cheesy addition. The reclining seemed adequate. I do like the USB and C connections. Overall it's okay. I figure it's disposable furniture anyway. ... show more
