Very poor quality material. The particle board was not solid enough to hold the anchor pegs which were plastic at the end that should hold into the wood. I should have known when I was unpacking it. There was a lot of sawdust because the boards were flaking. Once it is assembled you can't move it because it will start to come apart at the post and anchor joints. This will be going in the trash when we move next year. I should have gone with an IKEA. I have one of them and it is so much better and very solid. ... show more

First - I have searched Amazon for something more ergonomic than a basic drawer, something that has a bit more sections and shelves. I came across this design, I liked it, BUT what's most important I have paid more attention to the pictures that it has, and almost all of them are edited with misrepresenting proportions, meaning that it will appear bigger on pictures and smaller in real. Which was indeed abysmal. Second - Majority of sellers have this for almost $600, I have acquired mine for $400 & consider it as overpaid after receiving and assembling. Third - Wooden panels are like waffles: "fluffy", they aren't of good quality if you put a nail in a bit wrong angle you will wreck the panel, doors are misaligned, though I understand that this is a side effect of shipping furniture. Also I was missing few small parts, but seller informed that they aren't providing compensation, instead I can pack this up and send back, it wasn't an option for me so I kept it, just got those missing parts separately. ... show more

1st I'd like to say the company customer service was very nice. The 3 Packages arrived with a lot of damage. They resent several pieces and they were all damaged as well and had aweful tape all over them. 3rd time we just went ahead and assembled it because we needed the armoire done. It was difficult to assemble, the boards break and split and once together it doesn't close properly or fit well. We've even bought and adjusted new hinges and no luck. Looking for a better product now ... show more

I must say that, unlike most furniture-in-boxes I've bought, this one was packed very well, in three boxes. It arrived in very good condition with no chips. For the price, this is exactly what I needed. It will hold the basics for one small-sized person. Putting it together required a lot of 'interpreting' of illustrations; the words only described parts and a few instructions. Definitely need two people for assembly. I only gave 3 stars to 'sturdiness' because this is manufactured wood (which I knew I was buying). So it should be used by an adult who will treat it gently. ... show more

Follow every step at the end doors where not aligning properly the frame start falling apart screws had to be put in to keep it. I bought a product at home deport years ago and it lasted me for years but this right here is crap. I wasted my money. ... show more

Crappy product, it works but it looks terrible! The doors do not line up correctly so looks super tacky on the stop, because the doors all sit at different levels. I can only close the most right door if I open the middle door and close it at the same time!

Not enough glue, cheaply compressed wood possibly cardboard. Half way through assembling it i wanted to throw it away already. Was so very disappointed for the money you pay what you get. Finally got it assembled and when i went to move it back the next day the glue didn't hold it came appart in multiple joint areas. Just dont do it, i feel like i got taken for a fool buying this, sort of like a scammed because with all the glue and panels that are so cheap they cracked and chipped during assembling dont think i can return it, nor do i want to bother putting it in the box and going through the hassle. 4-5 hours to assemble is time wasted that i will also not get back. I can make it work if i buy heavy duty glue and glue all the joints and hold it together using wood straps till it drys but that's not the point the point is this is just a bad cheaply made product you should really run away from. ... show more
