So I like how easy this thing was to set up. It's a little tricky to thread but overall easy. As you probably can tell I'm a complete newbie. But as far as I can tell, she's super easy to use and even came all oiled up for me straight out of the box. She's also not too heavy which is a complete bonus if you are a beginner getting use to the weight.

I’ve had my tufting gun for around 9 months now and it had been running perfectly with no issues! Just recently it started having some connectivity issues with the main wire but after a conversation with customer service, they rectified the situation perfectly. They sent me a new gun and said not to worry about sending the old one back. Amazing customer service and product!

I got this tufting gun in the summertime. It was my first time tufting and it was incredibly easy to jump right in and start making stuff. I came back home for Christmas break and started making some presents, but the pin head broke. This happened about two weeks before Christmas, luckily support reached out and ended up sending me a replacement gun so that I could finish that project. Great service, Great product, and Great Tufting!

The unit works very well and I have been able to make some very nice rugs but I hate the start button shape. It is very painful to use for long periods of time because the button shape is not designed to be a trigger. Do yourself a favor and wrap it in some soft flexible material or do what I did and make a 3D printed cover for it. File available on Printables as Rug tufting cover

I'd say I'm fairly mechanically inclined as well as crafty. I know what an off/switch is and I know to check connections and power supply. But for the life of me, I cannot get this tufting gun to turn on. I've reached out to seller for either tech help or another resolution. I will update my review when I receive an answer. As it stands, it's just a pointy paperweight.

First off, I love that the gun is pink and that they send you several different stickers to chose from to decorate it with - really cute idea. I have ordered another tufting gun from a different seller in the past that left the yarn loose on the back of the rug - I could never get the yarn tight enough - I don't have that problem with this gun, it always gives me tight and neat rows. I like how easy it is to change the speed because most of the time I need to go fast, but once and a while I need to slow down when I'm getting into small spaces - yet it never loses that neatness and tightness even when you're using a slower speed. I've included some photos of the front and back of the rug I am currently working on as well as a photo of the rug tufting gun. I'd also like to add that I had an issue that I needed help with and customer service was very responsive and helpful. Overall I am happy with the quality of the gun and I hope to make many more projects in the future!
