The cord is VERY long give you tons of walking space while using this tufting gun. The only switch is very nice and I love the basic but high quality of the switch on/off. Even the adjusting knob is professional level with locking nut. I got this for my daughter that has been wanting one for her art projects, she also uses these on sweaters to create funny anime style art on her sweaters. The media could not be loaded. This is a great quality tufting gun and although this is my first experience with making custom rugs, I have found the tufting gun easy to master and fun to use. My wife is left handed and has carpal tunnel syndrome and she was still able to operate this tufting gun and create some amazing rug art! We were worried the vibration might irritate her condition, but she had no issues even after long hours of use. She has successfully made a number of rugs now and the quality is incredible. Tips for first time rug makers: - You can use burlap as an affordable option for backing material with this tufting gun (see example video) - You can easily make your own rug frame using scrap wood and carpet tack strip. Overall this is an excellent tufting gun, great documentation and a perfect intro into the art/hobby of rug making! 5-stars! ... show more
