Worth the price of the unit!
Color: Carpet Trimmer With Shearing Guide
Working as expected. Some of the reviews said that the trimmer did not last long. I ran it for ~15 minutes at a time and let it cool down. I also cleaned and oiled the blades. It is well worth the price and I would buy it again.

Got these for a great price for our dog! Work great and durable! Perfect size and not loud so she is not spooked.

Better quality than anticipated! Trims seams on carpet squares to look like new.
Color: Carpet Trimmer With Shearing Guide
Easiest to see what you're trimming with light source on the carpet shining low across carpet. (trims my hair better than most hair trimmers :-)

Great product
Color: Carpet Trimmer With Shearing Guide
I love these shears, they worked perfectly for my project. It is important that you continue to clean them, especially when you are using them with thicker wool, but that is just require required maintenance.

Perfect tool for beginners!
Color: Carpet Trimmer With Shearing Guide
I'm really impressed with this rug trimmer! As a beginner in rug making, I was a bit nervous about using trimming tools, but this one is super user-friendly. It glides smoothly without getting caught on yarn, which makes the process so much easier and less stressful. The size is just right-comfortable to hold and use for longer sessions without causing hand fatigue. It feels sturdy but not bulky, and it gives me clean, even trims every time. If you're new to tufting or rug making, this trimmer is a fantastic choice. It's beginner-friendly, efficient, and a great value overall!

This clipper works but using the attachments is not easy
Color: Carpet Trimmer With Shearing Guide
This carpet trimmer does a good job at actually trimming carpet. The adjustable speed feature is especially welcome, as is the long cord. However, the enclosed user's manual is nearly unintelligible. It was written by a non-English speaker. Instructions for using the trimming combs are missing or utterly unintelligible. In addition, the shearing guide does not work well. No matter how tightly it is fastened to the handle, the angle and level of the clipping shears changes--completely negating the guide's purpose. I found that it was much easier and more effective to simply hold the clipper in my hand to guide it where I wanted it to go. If your job is relatively simple, this trimmer will handle it. For something more elaborate that requires using the enclosed attachments, beware.

It works
Color: Carpet Trimmer With Shearing Guide
It does work. It’s kinda tricky to se up properly and there is a learning curve to use it properly. I used a brush on the carpet to set the burrs up and learned to come at them at the right angle made the trimming go faster.
