I purchased this one to replace a 15 year old large, tall dark wood & leather head board. This one makes the room feel so much brighter and larger. This head board is a very nice quality and value for the cost. It's a simple, yet elegant design. Much shorter than what I had. Took a bit to get used to. Very pleased! Although, they could also offer this model in more than the 1 height. Product was shipped and arrived earlier than expected. I read a lot of the reviews and here is what I found to speak to some of the issues raised. Condition upon arrival was excellent. No lingering chemical smells. Upholstery / buttons where in line and level. None of the screw inserts to attach legs to head board were missing. As for the issue of installation to the bed frame itself. The slots provided in the head board legs did not line up with my frame. There was however enough wood left on the sides of the slots to pre-drill 2 holes into each leg to match up with my frame and install 2 wood screws w/washers. All frames are slightly different so something like this fix is may be likely. Manufacturer should just leave the slots out of the lower leg and provide smalls lags and washers and installation suggestions. I did not have any issues or need to contact seller for help, so I can't speak to how their customer service is.

Great product and great experience with the seller. Arrived promptly and was super easy to install. I put it behind my bed without mounting it to the wall or the bed frame, and it looks great. I do wish it were a little taller, but I may be able to achieve that by attaching the wooden legs slightly lower than directed.

This headboard was exactly as advertised. The color is a true beige, unlike some others. The installation process was very quick (about 10 minutes for us). We opted for mounting to the bed frame; however, wall mounting is also an option. It is nice that the parts (legs and hardware) store in the back of the headboard. It is good quality and very stable. Ours is not up against the wall, so we added a couple of yoga blocks behind it (they fit perfectly, by the way), just to prevent any extra movement. I am absolutely in love with it! You also cannot beat this price! I was extra thrilled that we got a great product at a cost that was significantly less expensive than some others. The only thing that would make this better is a matching footboard and/or end of bed chest! Try it; you won't be disappointed!

I purchased the queen sized headboard. It was slightly smaller than the queen bed frame that I had purchased. Thankfully, the box came with adjuster plates, because I definitely had to use them. There is not a video associated with this product, to help with assembly. The directions are vague. I had to Google how to use the plates, and watch another customer install the bolts for the legs. It was helpful, because I used two as he did instead of one. Two people needed to manage the attachment to the bed. The headboard is a good value for the money. Although, it a little thin.
