Use these for work to help block sparks. Denim(like) material hold up well to most of the sparks, so these hats fit the bill. Comfortable, not the best, but good fit. My head is a XL, and these fit nearly exact if just barely small. Probably closest to a large or between XL and large. They are easily adjustable, so this is less relevant. If your head is smaller these will be way to big. Made to high quality we will see how long they last, but my guess is a long time Update after 7 months and 15+ washes, the bill is starting to wear down and is now frayed on the end on the one hat that I wore daily 6 days a week, and the adjustment clip had broke after only 4 months. I have not even worn the other hat that came in the pair, so likely a year and a half I can get out of only $17 in these hats. However that is far longer than most hats last, even hats 2 or 3 times more expensive (other than underarmor hats which last a year each for me and cost $20) are similar in lifespan so my 5 star review stands.

The hat is a great color and the quality is nice. I ironed this patch on with no issues, it stuck well and didn’t damage the hat. My only issue is the fit. The size is great, fits my husbands big head… but the way it sits on his head looks strange. It’s like the bill is tilted up a little bit and when you look him in the face you easily see under it. Hard to explain, just a weird fit.

I go through hats a lot on dirty jobs, and this one seems to last a long time before it starts breaking down. I almost feel guilty wearing it for messy projects, it looks so good.

That seams are sewn off-center. The button on the top of the hat is definitely way off center. The pattern materials great... The material under the bill is wrinkled. The mesh is a very lightweight flimsy material... Definitely not worth the money. On the label said material 2 ? I wonder if that means second and not first quality?
