I was very shocked with how straight it turned out with just one swipe, like BONE straight. My hair is also very thick and wavy so I wanted to get a 4 inch. This straightener is amazing for the price, and is definitely what you should get if you want a cheap very good straightener. On a tight budget I purchased this to replace an old Chi flat iron. Very impressed with the results this flat iron provides. I’ve been using it for a couple of months almost daily. Even with the high level of heat it puts off it has done no damage to my hair whatsoever. It’s the perfect size to get The bottom flipped too. I rarely have to put it on its highest setting depending on how curly my hair dried up the night before. The much-needed heat protection glove is formfitting and comfortable to wear while using it. There’s a lot to like about this flat iron: the ceramic plates are super smooth, it comes with a glove and storage bag, great temp range. But the one flaw that is making me return because it makes the thing utterly unusable: the buttons are on the handle in such a way that when you apply pressure, they get triggered. It kept changing the temp with each pass and at one point shut off, which I didn’t notice until the it stopped properly straightening. I find flat ironing tedious to begin with, so this was enraging as I kept having to readjust temps or wait for it to what up again. I tried holding it different ways, angles, etc. But it shouldn’t be this difficult. I wish there was some way to lock the controls. Then it would matter if you accidentally pressed a button. Gave 4 stars because I only “played” with in for a couple minutes. My straightener stopped working after 6years so it was time for the dreadful hunt. I’ve sent 2 back so far, so on this order I bought 3 different ones. I have shoulder length hair and this nice!! Start with a lower heat than you’re used to because this gets hot!! One pass is all you need. Don’t squeeze or you’ll get “THE CREASE LINE”… ugh. GREAT deal! Try it!! ... show more

It’s perfect. Does heat up fast. Easy to use. I flat ironed my hair and was amazed by the results. Sorry no picture. But when I did receive my package my box was damaged. Other than that it’s perfect for me.
