This is the best carb I've ever bought off Amazon. Fit my 1998 TRX90 and ran great. I did have to turn in the air/fuel screw to get it to start. And then play with it and the idle to get it to run right. But after that it was much faster than with the old gunked up carb. Will buy again if I find another 90 to buy/resell.

Came with 32 pilot and 85 main… it needs a 40 pilot and 82-86 main depending on pipe and elevation, all and all works just as good as the original at a fraction of the price👍

Likes: - Carb fits perfectly on my 2004 TRX90 - Fuel petcock works perfectly - Throttle pull is smooth - All adjustments work as they should. (Air screw, Idle adjustment) Now what you need to know. To make it work on your TRX90 you’ll need to change the jet sizes. The jets and needle that come in this carb are more for a 50cc or 70cc engine they are really small. If I remember correctly it was a 32 pilot and a 72 main. The needle it comes with is to lean as well. If you install it as it comes on your TRX it may start and that’s about it. USE THE ORIGINAL JETS AND NEEDLE FROM YOUR TRX CARB or the same size replacements. I recommend a 42 pilot and 82 main if you have a big gun exhaust. Stock exhaust I recommend a 42 pilot and 80 main. Those should get it running like a champ at 2500’ asl or below.
