Best way for the price. Don't rebuild when you can get a new carb. The TPS wouldn't adjust right and we tried everything we knowed to get the ATV to run. We used the old TPS on the new carb and it fired right up. We are pleased with it. Still running almost everyday use.

    • replace throttle position sensor did not sinc. with ECM
carburetor worked fine, runs good. fair price .after first 30 min running , transmission quit shifting in all three modes. spent $ on replacing parts or changing , ended up being throttle position sensor on new carb. would not sinc . with ECU . put TPS from old carb. on. Instant fix

    • Garbage (and dangerous)
After about spending 1 hour shimming the replacement carb in between the 2 intake boots, I press the gas and the throttle gets stuck at about 75%. Didn't do that with the old original carb, so I suspected the new one to begin with. Tried adjusting the cable no luck, and then I started to mess with the throttle position sensor - with it removed throttle works fine but when tightened it gets stuck again at about 75-100% throttle. Going to go with something is wrong inside the carb itself, throttle plate doesn't open/close properly. Complete junk and waste of time, what you get for $60.... Do I get refunded for time wasted? EDIT*** Tried to make this work by place washers in between the throttle position sensor and the carb, throttle didn't stick anymore. Ran fine for about 15 minutes and then the bike completely shutoff like it's not getting fuel. This carb is complete junk do not buy ... show more

The carburetor would not pump fuel to my motor. The onlyway my motor would run with this carburetor was to keep pumping the primer button. I do not recommend this part. I wasted my money, save yours and your time, go buy an OEM Honda carburetor for 190-225 bucks.
