Flavor is delicious, texture when mixed with a blender is great! The problem is I bought this thinking it would help me with my autoimmune problems, sadly that backfired greatly, and in only 2 days. It is high in oxalates so it caused my kidneys to start hurting. It also caused nausea, and my liver and gallbladder to scream at me too. So keep the suggestion of the package. This IS NOT for someone with health issues like autoimmune diseases in particular. It also caused two nights of restlessness, so if you drink it do it first thing in the morning or you may not sleep. This is definitely a health food for healthy people only. Those with allergies, be cautious there are nightshades in it too. Otherwise it is a good idea, again for only healthy people. Which sucks, because it tasted really good.

I’ve tried a lot of plant-based protein powders, and Truvani Vanilla is easily one of the best. The ingredient list is super clean — no weird additives, gums, or artificial sweeteners — which is really important to me. It’s USDA Organic, Non-GMO, and free from dairy, soy, and gluten, so I feel good about putting it in my body. The taste is smooth and naturally sweet without being overpowering. I mix it with almond milk or toss it into smoothies, and it blends well with just a shaker bottle. There’s a slight natural texture (since it’s not filled with emulsifiers), but it doesn’t bother me at all — especially compared to how chalky or fake other proteins can taste. I received sample packets of a few flavors and really fell in love with the formula and the taste which has led me to purchase. I have purchased chocolate and I am now on vanilla. I personally think they're great. I do not have any issues with chalkiness or taste. I blend mine really well in my nutri bullet and my smoothie comes out delicious. I have a couple slight issues- I absolutely hate the scooper. That big old clunky scoop does not belong in there. Secondly, I think the price is a bit outrageous. I do plan on purchasing a bag or two more but after that I'm going to have to find an alternative because it's turning out to be too expensive for me.

I have tried many different brands of protein powder and this is the least gritty and not heavy tasting. The flavors are wonderful (chocolate, vanilla, vanilla chai) . Other brands have additives but this one only contains basic ingredients. I use this in protein shakes along with Ripple pea protein milk for a low calorie high protein breakfast along with a small banana, fresh kale and frozen fruit

Love that it’s truly unflavored! I bought the green + protein powder and didn’t like it. I thought the flavor would be subtle but it landed tart in my smoothie which was only made up of unsweetened soy milk, blueberries and bananas. With this unflavored powder, my smoothie tasted exactly how it should. I love how there’s only 3 ingredients and nothing artificial added. Will continue purchasing.

It was ok. It wasn’t like , oh that’s so awesome, but it was drinkable. Would I drink it again? Yeah. Will I try a different flavor first? Yes. You can definitely tell it has pea protein in it and the taste of that was pretty strong. It didn’t clump any at all, and is easily digestible it did help with energy and it was effective in keeping me full. I really liked that it was low sugar bc of being diabetic I’m always watching out for highs and lows. A idea I would recommend is maybe increasing the flavor of vanilla more. Maybe adding a Splenda to it might even make it better to your drink when mixing it. That would be an idea anyways. I do like how all the ingredients are dairy free, egg free due to food allergies and asthma (dairy). I’m always having to look out for that also. The drink grows on you as your drink it but it wasn’t the best and it wasn’t the worst.

Love Truvani protein powders. As someone with food sensitivities, I love that these protein powders don't upset my stomach. They are high quality, organic and contain few ingredients - all with names you can read and understand. The product is third party tested as well which is important as many protein powders are showing high levels of lead - especially plant based ones. I use it in smoothies and plain dairy free yogurt for a protein boost, and I find it mixes well and isn't chalky. I deducted one star for the flavor on this one. It's not awful but not amazing and tastes a little fake to me. I feel like the chocolate flavors aren't rich enough and can be a little too sweet which is what I found here. I love the vanilla, vanilla chai and banana cinnamon flavors the most (odd because I usually loathe banana flavoring, but this is actual banana; it's great). The biggest con is the price here. They are quality but the price feels a little high. The company does run specials every so often though. If you are new to Truvani, I highly recommend the variety pack, so you can see which flavors you like the best.
