My primary criteria for selecting this over competitors was the app. It was amazing for a few months, but then stopped working. Multiple phones. Both iPhone and Android. Newer and older models. It broke. Support is unhelpful and didn't seem to really be trying. I wouldn't even buy a nonsmart model from this brand again due to the terrible support. I'm far from the only one. I got this product based on its claims to ‘clean the air in my home’. I tried it and was very unhappy with it, so I returned it after only a couple of days.

I have no idea how well this cleans the air because the app doesn’t work. It will not connect to the Bluetooth to set up and connect to the app. So who really knows if it’s working.
