This item was my second try at buying a 2-box style trunk organizer. I found that you need to pay attention to the height as well as the foot print: in my compact car a previous organizer would not fit in the trunk in the running along the side orientation, due to the slant of the rear seats. Ideally you want one of these things to fit either lengthwise or width-wise so you're less likely to have to remove it to fit other stuff in the trunk. This one is short enough not to be blocked by slanted seat backs, but plenty tall to fit grocery bags, plant pots, loose junk....etc. The removable divider on one side is useful (note that it only goes in the one position though). This seems sturdy enough, although I wouldn't use it to carry heavy loads to/from the car. Both the carry handles and the clips to hold one side closed are useful and good. MY only complaint would be the removable cardboard panels that stiffen the base: they are pretty flimsy, and with fabric on only one side they're unlikely to hold up to any moisture contact- beach stuff, wet boots, damp plants, etc. ... show more

    • Took along time to get but was worth it
Setup easily and holds the items. Still need those Velcro holders to hold it from sliding unless you put something super heavy in it.
