I’ve had these for 2 years now, but keep in mind that they went from almost constant use the first year I had them to rare use this past year. I spent at least 8 hours a day, 6-7 days a week using these at my old job, and I can confirm that from the start, the battery life has always been a joke. Even on the lowest volume level, these earbuds barely made it to 2 hours playtime before needing a charge, and it’s only gotten worse since. I had to figure out a very complicated system of using one earbud until it died and switching it out with the other, so thankfully the recharge from the case is pretty quick. Speaking of the case, the silicone is a terrible choice around the lid hinge especially. It just tore one day, and duct tape is the only thing keeping it in place now. Another issue is that recently they’ve started disconnecting at random before immediately syncing with my phone again, which is annoying. They also don’t charge together anymore, so one always dies before the other. I haven’t tried any other wireless earbuds to know if this is normal or not, but the noise these emit when there’s nothing playing—so like between songs, or when the music’s paused—is unpleasant too, a high, noticeable ringing. Not great. I’ve admittedly rarely tried the touch commands, but from the experience I do have, I can say it’s aggravating at best. Most of the time, if I was trying to deliberately skip the song, nothing would happen or the volume would turn up instead. And then other times, I’d just be brushing my hair back from my face, and even that brief, accidental graze of my finger over it would be registered as a command. On the bright side, for the red color at least, I’ve received several compliments while using these. I understand the price makes it a little too good to be true, but I’m very disappointed because this particular earbud shape is the only one that will stay in my ear without discomfort, and that’s why I’ve stuck with them for so long. It’s a shame.

Simply stopped charging, I loved the sleek design and easy connection, but stop charging after 3 month. I didn’t wet them and tried different out sockets but not charging.

The sound quality is so terrible. Plus it’ll just randomly turn off even if it’s completely charged. Don’t bother buying at all

I ordered the blue headphones but received the black ones. That’s the first thing. Then when I switched out the ear pieces to ones that were more comfortable. They don’t fit in the charging case. Not happy at all with the purchase.

It dies real quick! Does not last the 4.5 hours it says on the box..otherwise it would be great. Also, sometimes it cuts out but comes back in a few seconds. Updated left ear plug always says 10 percent now even with case fully charge.. both keep turn off for whatever reason. Hate it now.

Why on Earth would you make the wing tips, which is the only thing that makes these buds usable for people, like me, with difficult to fit ears, NOT fit while in the case? This is mind boggling to me. Zero forethought by the manufacturer. Didn't want to pay nearly double for the Plus, but I guess that is the way of things. Don't know if I can go back to this company if this is how well they think things through. Sound is GREAT. Let me be clear on that. But the boneheadedness of the design is beyond the pale.
