  • Great tint.
Size: Front Side Windows Only
I ordered the LUX level quality, which is their top level tint. I put the driver's side on with zero issues and it looked great, however the passenger side was a different story! The tint is cut with a perforated edge so there's small sections that are not cut that you have to separate to get the tint away from the part that you don't use, when I pulled mine it tore the section of the tint I needed. I messaged them and for $6 I could get a replacement, however they sent a link that did not included the LUX level tint. I message them over and over with no reply. So now I'm stuck with a driver's side that I'm going to have to remove so I can apply another brand of tint...because you know ...I've already flushed money down the toilet buying this one time...no way I'm going to do it again! STAY AWAY! There's other companies with the same product with much better customer service! So I'm doing an update... I finally received an email that explained that they look at my order and send a replacement with that information. So I received my replacement and applied the tint. Now everything looks great! It was a headache dealing with their customer support and I ran around with only one window tinted for about a month but now that's done and I can move on. Would I buy this again? Well I guess it would depend on how bad other brands were, so I would shop around before coming back to this one. Pros: Tint looks great UV coating does keep the temperature down Precut so it fits perfect Not too expensive Cons: Customer support ... show more

  • ~ HIGH QUALITY FILM, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAST DELIVERY ~
Size: Full Kit All Side and Back Windows Only
I received my order quicker than expected. Then pre-cut film was a perfect fit. The product was of high quality and exceeded my expectations. I damaged the rear window film during installation, which was my own fault & had nothing to do with the film itself. I contacted the seller, explained my situation, & requested a discounted replacement of the entire kit rather than just one rear window film; simply because I'm impatient & didn't want to risk damaging any more film only to then have to wait for yet another delivery. To my surprise the seller wrote me back the same morning stating that they received my request & that they had already shipped a free replacement kit at NO cost to myself. I was super impressed; not only did they ship out a free replacement but they shipped out a free replacement of the entire kit.... not just the single film in which I had damaged & to top it all off they shipped it immediately! Thank you Trueline for "WOW-ING" me by going far above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied! I'm very happy with my purchase, I will purchase again, & I will gladly recommend that others make their next auto-film purchase from Trueline as well! ... show more

  • 2 big creases on the front driver tint
Size: Full Kit (All Side and Back Windows)
2 big creases on the front driver tint. A heads up: The tint is a little bigger on the Tesla model 3, it needs some trimming to have a perfect fit.

  • Couldn’t believe it
Size: Full Kit (All Side and Back Windows)
Fit perfect. Easy install. Just go on there link and step by step instructions. Customer service was great. Responded back to me within 5 minutes on a question I had. So don’t roll windows down 24hrs after installation. That’s the rule of thumb. Get everything all prepared before u start and 15 pack of beer and before you know it ur done car and u lol ... show more

  • Great Customer Support
Size: Full Kit (All Side and Back Windows)
First time I have tinted a vehicle. Was advised to get precut pieces. Great advice from a friend and found Trueline to buy it thru. Very happy with company and product. Pieces fit perfectly, shipped in sturdy packaging, arrived un damaged by carrier and included good paperwork. I messed up the first window learning (watch a good video first, I would not of had a problem if I did), all other windows went flawlessly until wind kicked up and folded piece over the second I peeled it off liner. Sent email to Trueline, fast response by Dave, extremely reasonable pricing to replace those 2 pieces, they could have held me over a barrel and it was my own doing, they did not, very pleased, stand up company. ... show more

  • Install HELL
Size: Front Side Windows Only
GOOD: The color of the tint was really nice, not purple or green or brown. Its the right gray. Precut sounds dope Cheap BAD: Install is a damn joke Precut is with like 3 or more inches of excess in my case Customer service (I will update if they reply) Trying to remove tint from precut sheet is really hard too (You might be able to tape the excess down then use other two hands to pull it apart) Basically it wants to roll back up while you are peeling it off and has a high chance of taring the actual tint Install video they have is awful Quality is not there 35% looks like 45% to me, it was obviously lighter then the stock tint in the back What I got Basic front tint only - 35% Okay, here is the story. I did about 2 hours of watching pro tint installs, bought a simple install kit. When the tint got here I was very confident. I mixed a drop or two of dish soap in water in a spray bottle and mixed well. Got the tint off (though it had a crease from removing from protective film) NOT IMPRESSED! Sprayed the tint and the clean window (only touched the tint with sprayed wet hands. Slapped it on the window (rolled down an inch or two) lined up the long top edge, kept spraying and adjusting the tint. Soon the tint was setting in, used a squeegee to get the liquid and bubbles out spreading away from center, hit the upper edge with squeegee again rolled up the window, then dealt with the excess by cutting with a new razor because I cannot tuck 3" of material. I got the edges all tucked in but the bottom was an absolute struggle, I made a good cut and tucked the excess with some excessive tucking but it looks as good as possible. I even punctured some of the bubbles and pushed all the air out that way. UGH this product pisses me off. Alright sweet I will line the driver side up better. Started on the passenger side in case it went sideways. Driver starts way better and I got it lined up so well I only had to trim the bottom as there was no way to tuck this 4" of excess. Here is where I messed up. I trimmed the driver side before I rolled the window up and now its short. So I was pissed. The first time I rolled the window down it took part of the tint with it. and bubbled for good. I sent them an email for a refund as this is total BS. I just expect to be able to install this without messy bubbles but then I find out there is no amount of squeegeeing you can do to fix this stuff. ALSO there was a pet hair or something that attached to the good side. CONCLUSION If you really don't give a crap and had a couple hours to install maybe in a garage with all the tools and skills of a pro tinter then you can get by with tiny bubbles and bits of lint or hair under your tint, this is your JAM!!! if you are expecting to ever be able to do a pro install... dream on, this crap wont cut it. Looks like a wish.com tint XD For me I have to leave a negative review as it met none of my expectations, so I am out the money and the time. I am sure I will get some hate on this review and I realize I hosed one side, as I made a simple mistake. But that other side was really outside my control. So hate away review police! UPDATE - August 2021 They did not give me a discount or refund or another try so I ended up making two more orders to get the film installed right. I was only about $20 away from just paying a pro to do it and it’s STILL not perfect. I priced a local tint shop to do my two fronts and it was only like $99 they would have gotten more stars if they worked with me but they did nothing for me so 1 star will stay. ... show more
