  • Sticks, Blacked out, Dope !
Size: 20in X 25Ft Color: 5% Limoblack Nano
I recently installed the Vepagoo window film and found the process very straightforward. The film applied smoothly and stuck well without any peeling or wrinkling issues. I think a lot of the problems some people run into may just come from not preparing the surface properly or rushing the installation. Taking a little time to clean the window and following the correct procedure makes a big difference. Overall, I’m really happy with the results. It was easy to install, looks great, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. I’d recommend this to anyone, just make sure to do a bit of research beforehand if you’re new to using window film. It isn’t a super high end film but it got the job done. With no purple tone. ... show more

  • Tint is hard! Most complaints are user error, not a bad product
Size: 36in X 25Ft Color: 15% Vlt
Just know going into this that tinting is a very hard job and not for the faint of heart. There is a reason you got quoted a huge number by a local a shop. That being said: my project came out ok, but i am an amateur at this. The product itself is great, it can crinkle a little bit leaving marks, but that was more in the way i handled it. Once installed, it looks like it is pretty much stuck on there well and is the perfect shade for me. I think overall its a great option if you’re trying to save money, but it will be difficult to use, but that would be for any tint job. Great product, hard job. ... show more

  • Good quality, but..
Size: 20in X 20Ft Color: 15% Vlt
First time I’ve ever used this brand of tint. Install was as easy as is typical for cut yourself diy window tint. I can definitely notice a change with heat in the vehicle with the windows rolled up on a hot day. Only 4 stars because if with a top notch install kit, and prior experience (11 cars prior to this one), I noticed the air bubbles were especially hard to get out of this particular brand, and I was unable to even get all of them out. A problem I haven’t had before. Aside from that the performance in my opinion has outweighed the negatives. ... show more

  • I was unable to achieve even poor results with this ceramic film. Rookie - Yes, User friendly - No
Size: 24in X 15Ft Color: 35% Vlt
Disclosure, I'm a novice. Ok, that's out of the way. And yes, I expect tint work to be challenging, yes, I'm used to challenging DIY jobs. I am a DIY person and did lots of homework before trying to install this ceramic film and completely failing. I was trying to install on a tesla model 3 with frameless side window; this seemed like a pretty good starting point. The subtle curve in the glass caused fingers on 3, if not 4 edges. I have a powerful and variable output heat gun, I can't count how many tutorials I watched. The common theme I heard in the 3rd party tutorial videos I watched was "quality film". It sure seemed like I was in the right ballpark with my technique, yet this film did not behave anything like the film used in the videos. I doubt the videos were faking it with AI, and I doubt they were using $26 "quality film". In the videos, even when they were using ceramic film known to be harder to shrink, it didn't take that much heat to fairly quickly work out these relatively small fingers in a relatively flat side window. In my experience with this ceramic film, no amount of heat shrank this film at all, I wasn't even getting results that looked "kind of like" the youtube tutorial videos. It's not like I was trying to tint the complex rear window, this was a side frameless window. I tried nuking it with heat, no shrink, until it got to the point it creased and deformed from over heating. I tried lots of patiences with moderate heat, following the guidelines of the tutorials for how close to be and how to distribute the heat (not just focusing on the fingers). I tried focusing on a finger... None of this seemed to shrink the film. I took this on because I was interested in giving it a try, there's really no loss in my failure (other than I was hoping for some level of success). This is not a rant and I'm not all bent out of shape that I failed trying to install a $26 tint kit on my car. It is an opportunity for me to share how this went for me and help others in their decision whether this might be a good approach for them. In the end, I tried to install two pieces of film, both behaved the same as I have described, failure. I did reach out to customer support. While they were responsive and eager to help, the instructions provided ,and video, and customer support reply were all very generic and did not include any information about how to shrink this film. And while customer service did suggest shrinking, their information was much less detailed than the majority of the 3rd party tutorials I watched. I give them high marks for being responsive and willing to please, but low marks for providing information that was useful with respect to a novice like myself shrinking this ceramic film. I give this ceramic film a one-star review because after exhaustive YouTube research, some practice with smaller scraps, and multiple attempts with full pieces, I was not even able to achieve poor results on a single window with no frame and subtle curvature. It could just be that I am that bad at tint installation but again, this is a rating of my experience with the film. Customer support was good, and they did accept a return so I will leave this seller an independent review on good customer service; this is only a review of my experience with the product. My attached pictures (not the best) show a crease from where I tried the "more heat" approach and the other shows fingers along the bottom that had been pretty well nuked with heat, no creasing, but no shrinking. I tried heating against the glass, and lifting and heating with the film in free air before laying down and trying to work out the fingers. Congratulation to those of you who have succeeded, and good luck to those of you who attempt. ... show more

  • Cheap Tint for windows, but not used on Vehicles
Size: 36in X 25Ft Color: 5% Vlt
For being a woman and for knowing how to install this type of tint on windows. The application was easy enough. The overall quality of the tint is yet to be determined. Currently the tint isn't bubbling or peeling off. And the 5% level of tint, so far is working well enough to reduce the sunlight. The stickiness of the tint for application is so far so good. But its still early to really make an honest review about it. I mean you get what you pay for. So not really holding it to be greatest for the price I paid. ... show more

  • Be patient
Size: 20in X 20Ft Color: 5% Vlt
The tint is the darkness it's supposed to be. The only issues I had during installation was the edges did not want to stick. I had to heat the windows to a very high temperature and then the tint eventually stuck.

  • Looks good, keeps the heat out
Size: 36in X 15Ft Color: 35% Vlt
I actually used this on the garage windows on our house. Since they are East facing, it felt like the garage was heating up big time in the summer in the morning and I wanted to cut that down some. After curing, you could feel a substantial difference between our garage and a neighbor who didn't have the tint on there without it being so dark inside you couldn't see during the day. ... show more
