I purchased a set of these ignition coils in May 2024 and installed them on my 2020 Mini Countryman S to replace the OEM's and here are my observations: improved engine idle speed, acceleration, and gas mileage. The last time I checked my spark plugs, they were so clean, indicating improved firing. The excessive carbon soot on my exhaust pipes had reduced drastically. They have been on my car for almost a year and I have had no issues with the coils or my plugs, not a single problem. ... show more

Caution, I bought based on the rating and wish I had trusted my first instincts. These will fail in a short time. I bought these ignition coils for a 2015 MIni Cooper S (F56), and they worked great for a few months. In my case, cylinders 1 and 4 are now misfiring due to bad coils, and it has been 6 months. Buy the OE spec products and save yourself the misery of buying coils twice and doing the work twice. Disappointed. They are not durable and will not last. Bought these for my BMW a week ago along with a set of NGK laser iridium spark plugs. Wasn’t getting a misfire but felt a little rough idle at times. When I removed the spark plugs they all still looked ok so I figured it’s probably one or more coils are starting to go bad. When I was done installing new spark plugs and coil packs, the difference was between night and day. I was very pleased and impressed with the performance increase and power output.
