Came with everything needed for a complete brake job, but tools, fluid, and a bleeder. I was able to get the entire brake set for the cost of one rotor pair, and it's a good quality set. I especially like that they're coated to help prevent rust, since I'm in an extremely humid environment and frequently have rust issues with my rotors. Rating these 3 star because mounting threads were not very well tapped and had to be cleaned up and one of the calipers (I purchased the pair) was missing copper sealing washers.
