My MacBook Pro slides easily into the padded laptop compartment, and there’s still plenty of room for pretty much everything else I need on a short trip. The waterproof fabric feels durable, and I like that it's made from recycled materials. The shoulder straps and breathable back panel make it comfortable to wear even after a long day. I’m 5’ 3” and it fits me well. It’s both stylish (I have the Airforce blue color - nice to have a non-black bag!) and practical and I recommend it.

I was looking backpack suitable for business meetings. This backpack is ok. Pros: - nice looking - high-quality materials - smart compartments Cons: - chest strap and rain cover to be buy separately but they aren’t available on Amazon.

As a petite 5’2” person, I should have purchased the smaller size 16L. I can’t seem to get the straps tight enough. This one does fit everything but I often lose items at bottom. I like sleek design and side pockets for morning coffees on my commute. The top handle is also showing wear after 1.5 years - was hoping for longer life at this price point.

I travel in Europe for 2 weeks carrying two heavy laptops, power supplies, adapters and phone charges and it held absolutely great. I was worried the straps would quit on me, but it is like brand new. One of the best bags I have ever own. Great value for this product.

The compartments are nice and it seems to be made from decent quality materials. However, the dealbreaker for me, and why I wouldn’t recommend this backpack are the water bottle compartments located on either side of the backpack. I have tried small, medium, and large water bottles. No matter the size, they keep falling out of the compartment. I use this backpack to carry my work items, e.g. computer, while commuting into mass transit for work. And it is a true pain in the you know what now because I have to put my water bottle in the main compartment, which now doesn’t allow me enough room for other things like my lunch container.
