So far so good. The shock makes my scooter feel a lot more stable and smooth and the scooter doesn’t bottom out anymore (the old shock would always bottom out at higher speeds). For $15 I’d say this is a steal 👍🏼 UPDATE - the spring seems to soften rather quickly. My tire now scraps on the fender when I hit a medium sized dip doing around 25 - 30mph unfortunately. I ordered this specific shock for my ridstar q20 , because ridstar wont replace my ridstar shock that i told them that was defective coz its making a loud noise when riding it and their technician is the worst ever, according to him that the clicking sound coming from the shock is normal the bike is only 3 days old only just a heads up “DONT BUY A EBIKE FROM RIDSTAR” there is no tech support , the only important thing for them is to sell you their product after that its no support whatsoever, this shock absorber save me for riding my bike again ... show more

For the price you can't beat them. They are very stiff so make sure you know what pound spring you need. I used them for a very unique project of doing a hidden springer seat on my bobber motorcycle and they are exactly what I needed but I had to do a lot of math to know at what distance from pivot point I needed to mount them for the right leverage ... show more
