Just installed this shock. lots of adjust-ability, Great ride at 1 click compression & 1 click rebound out of the 10 available 'click' adjustments. Haven't tried air pressure adjustment yet since it rides nice now. Bike came with a 750lb coil spring shock I replaced with a 750 lb DNM coil spring shock. The DNM shock busted in half after about 7 months of hard riding. This 550 lb shock/spring is more than sufficient stiffness and it never bottoms out or even gets close but absorbs the roots/rock/logs in stride. Its also very consistent and predictable. I like it so far, time will tell... great price for a piggy back shock ... show more

This quality is awesome. Very nice upgrade from a stock shock. You can adjust it how you want with rebound and preload and suspension gears with your air pressure. Fits most size bikes in mm. Really easy to install.

not sure whats going on with this one.. it blew oil when I went to add air because the ride wasn't stiff. Had to reset the mount so I wouldn't bottom out (I only weigh 150). This thing gets a slow bounce like an '89 Chevy Beretta whose shocks have 150k miles. All that and I only commute on pavement. Will be changing out soon. ... show more

This shock really exceeded my expectations, I was able to install on my bike ( the Freego f3) and the adjustability is really good. You get the rebound and preload adjustments which all work as expected. It was very easy to install as it had minimal small parts.
