As many have mentioned the absence of a front focus for eye relief (diopter)...it can be a challenge for those that need reading glasses to focus with a naked eye. So after reading the reviews here I came across one where the person said they cut a reading card magnifier to a circle and inserted in the front sun shade. I did this and walla perfect focus for my naked eye.. I used a 6x card for mine and cut it to fit up in the second circle from the front . Works great. Cost $5 for a pack of 3. You can't cut them with siccors or they will shatter like glass so you have to score the plastic to get it to break off, then I sanded the edges round and smooth. Now I have a fantastic NV Scope for very little money. Really happy with it so far.

Everything advertised about this scope is true. Very nice scope for the money. Images day/night are crystal clear. Gave it a one star because it has no diopter adjustment. This means that you cannot adjust to your eyes. Works fine if you don’t have to wear reading glasses. I do so, this means I have to take off my glass and put on my readers to take a shot. Not ideal when hunting day or night.

Decent NV scope for the price. I use it to take care of our neighborhood's rat infestation (mulberry trees are a menace, fyi). The button scheme is a little tough to get used to as most buttons seem to have multiple functions. But once you figure that out, it's a piece of cake to zero in the reticle and adjust your zoom and IR light level. IR light is off initially, which is great since it sucks battery if you're not careful. You almost don't need the IR light on a full moon or a similarly bright area at night, but it does work well when it's pitch-black outside. That said, the image on the screen could be a little more crisp. Would recommend, especially for nighttime pest control.

HOLY COW.. I can see an easy 150 yards (in a neighborhood with lots ambient lighting) .. which is perfect for my application (HOG Management) takes a little getting used to on the button and configuration but for the price it can't be beat. Update so took this hog hunting and it was almost useless past 50 yards (No ambient lighting .. just straight darkness in an open field miles away from any lights). Also the battery goes dead in like 20 minutes, if that, when you are on the highest level of IR. Now all that being said .. I was able to bag a pretty decent hog at distance at dusk .. and it held a zero on a 308 which I thought was decent. Listen for the price it's still the lowest decent option I could find.. just know if you are hunting in pitch black conditions you will need a bigger IR light if you want to shoot past 50 yards. Unfortunately I had return the scope due to firmware failure. I understand that when you are in this price point for NV there are going to have to be some compromises but it my scope had one to many. I did a firmware update and it turned the display upside down which rendered it unusable.

Great little scope for the money. I need low power reading glasses. Without them, the scope was blurry, as there is no diopter...for a few dollars, add a cheap fresnel lense (credit card magnifier). Cut and inserted in the eye cup. Easy fix.
