Nest cover
Color: Charcoal/Gray
I purchased a nest and installed it. It looked awkward in the space then I realized that it needed a walk plate. I found this one for a good price and it was a easy fix.

Perfect fit and way cheaper than Nest brand
Color: White
Fits perfectly and covered up all markings from the previous thermostat when I installed the nest. Much cheaper than Nest's piece of plastic they sell.

Covered the hole in our wall
Color: White
This covered the hole in our wall due to the thermostat upgrade. It was easy to install and very cost effective.

Reversed it
Color: Charcoal/Gray
Looks Good. I actually installed it in reverse because I think it looks better this way. It does stick out just a tad bit from the wall when done like this.

Received a used product
Color: Charcoal/Gray
First of all received a used product. Decided to still install it but the product was small ~5 inches and did not cover the nail holes/missing paint marks. Overall the quality seems to be ok, just a simple plastic case. Returning this to order the original nest trim kit from google.

Wall plate for the 2020 version of Nest
Color: White
Firstly, make sure you get the right version. The back of the newer Nest, has different connections than the older ones. The pictures are a great help in making sure you choose the correct version. The main purpose of the plate is to hide the holes, left over from older thermostats. It does this brilliantly. It fixes very easily, and the back part of the Nest just attaches with the same screws. Then you plug in the front part of the Nest. Best of all, it looks very attractive.
