Easy to set up, operate. The first unit I received had a bad solder joint to the on/off switch. It ran for a bit and then not at all. I fixed that and then the tiny wheel that changes the car's direction came off. Found the tiny axel and put it back in with a drop of super glue. I did not trust this unit so I asked for a replacement which the seller was quick to process and send with a generous amount of time to return the first unit. A+++ for service. I think the replacement is just fine as far as I can tell. Grandson loves it!

This car works as demonstrated. My great grandson loved it. He liked being able to transform the car to a robot with a hand motion. The only issue found was the car has to be turned off by an adult because it’s too hard to push the button back far enough to actually turn it off. Probably just a flaw in this item. It was on for a long time before someone realized we were not pushing the button back far enough to turn it off, which is the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise, it’s a great product.

Pretty cool transformingvcar. The little fellow for whom it was purchased will love it. Be forewarned: this is not an outside toy. Nor is it great on carpet. Does what it should on a hard floor. There have been earlier reviews commending quality. That’s misleading. This toy is fragile. Treat it accordingly. All that said in full disclosure; however, when you see a little face light up the first time it transforms, you’ll quickly realize you’ve gotten more than your money’s worth.

I got this transforming RC car for my sons birthday. He absolutely loves it. He really likes transformers so he was super excited that the car can transform. It is has full function controls forward backwards and turning. It doesn’t go very fast which is great because my son is only 5 so some RC cars are just to fast for him to handle. He just has to hit one button and the car transformers into a robot car. The cool thing is it can still drive while it looks like a robot. He is really enjoying it and its made a great birthday present.

I got this for my 5 year old grandson and he loves it, the rechargeable battery doesn't last long, but he places with it all the time. It does not work on bumpy surfaces only flat. The material of the product is a little flimsy you have to be careful with it, I wouldn't let younger ones use it, they maybe too rough.

Kid loved it for a week. I think he loved it because he knew it drove everyone insane with how loud it is. Easy fix... open it up, shove a cotton ball over the speaker, close it back up. Now it’s quiet but my 6 year old can still enjoy the sounds without annoying the entire house.

Our 5 year old son enjoyed playing with this for one day. Then he lost interest. There are two driving modes: 1) car mode and 2) robot mode. The front wheels in car mode do not touch the ground and so in car mode the car travels much slower than in robot mode. There is a one button transition between car and robot that is pretty cool. It gets only three stars because I feel like it’s worth half the price. (Approximately $15, not $30, when I purchased it.) Again, nothing wrong with it per se, just felt like it wasn’t worth the $30. Maybe we’ll try and regift it...
