The media could not be loaded. Great realistic flame effect and awesome features. Remote quality could be better. The flame crackle sound is like all other reviews sounds like when you crumple foil. Does have a heater but we do not use it as it would only be sufficient for a small room. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because of a knocking sound that ours does. But let me tell you the overall design and quality is awesome it looks great on out DIY fireplace just what we were looking for.

I decided to get an electric insert put in my wood burning fireplace since I no longer use it. I like how it turned out. It looks good and works well. The heat works fine. I dont like the crackling sound, so I won't be using it. I like the variation of colors. Installation was easy and quick. I liked how it turned out.

Im so happy with my fireplace insert. Now the room is so cozy and warm. The heat is very quite. The crackling sound however sounds like radio static so we won't use that feature.

The unit itself looks nice and it works just fine. However it doesn't look as nice as the photos show or nearly as realistic. I like the levels of flame and heat just fine, but you only have the option for 1 level of sound. The sound doesn't sound like a fire at all and it's way too loud. I think I would like it a bit better if you could lower the sound, but I will just have to refrain from ever using it. If I hadn't waited so long to install it, I would have returned for another unit honestly.

There were several delays for the delivery because of FedEx. None of the problems caused by the seller, but they issued a 5% refund for my troubles. We are very pleased with the fireplace. Nice heat output. Flames are adjustable and realistic. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this seller.
