I purchased this exercise yoga ball with the intention of using it for stretching after recently having surgery, since I’m unable to go back to the gym or do rigorous workouts. After a month off, I found myself feeling really weak, and this seemed like the perfect way to gently stretch and start building strength again. The ball is very durable and well-made, and it was incredibly easy to assemble/blow up. I’ve only been using it for two days, but I can already feel the soreness in the mornings, which tells me it’s helping! So far, it’s exactly what I needed for low-impact exercise and recovery. Absolutely love the color as well! Highly recommend for anyone looking to regain strength safely at home or use for at-home yoga. Although I am 5’9, I did purchase the ball in size Large.

Great and sturdy yoga ball. Seems to deflate easily, like I have to go back and add more air? Maybe because it’s new. Doesn’t have a smell at all! Update: ok so “Biggy” the yoga ball for my dog popped. lol. But it was a blast while it lasted. After all it is meant for indoor, human use. I guess I’ll shop for a herding ball! Just what I was looking for. Ok so bear with me on this one. I wanted to find a herding ball for my Mini Aussie dog but they are quite expensive. I’ve used things like beach balls but they pop right away. Any of you that has an Australian Shepard dog knows of their activity level. I’m older and it’s difficult to keep up with her. This yoga ball is magic! It’s big…it’s tough…it rolls!!! She’s obsessed with it! If I want her to use up some pent up energy I take her outside with “Biggy” (yes I named the yoga ball). I have to hide it when not in use but if I ask her “where’s Biggy” she will go to the room where it resides. Sometime things are created for a certain purpose but are discovered to be much more than that. This is one of those things! Love it!
