This has come in handy for doing exercises while pregnant and just being a comfy seat when I’m feeling really uncomfortable. However, like other reviewers mentioned, it does seem to lose air after a few days of usage. So I periodically have to pry off the little stopper and add more air. I've had other brands in the past, but this stability ball is my favorite. I bought one for me and one for my husband. The quality is outstanding. It's strong and sturdy. It comes with a little hand pump that took me all of 5 minutes to get it to full capacity. They also give you a little tool to make it easier to pull out the plug when you need to fill it up or let out some air. I am 5'1" tall and purchased the medium size. Great yoga ball, and comes with everything you need to get it inflated. It even came with a measuring tape to get it to the size you want. It did deflate a bit over time, but I also live in a space that is not very well temperature controlled and varies a lot, so I’m sure that plays a role.
