I’ve used this ball for a full year. I don’t think I’ve had to put more air in it since I got it, and I use it often. The air pump is not as cheap as you might be expecting. This ball is really good. I am very happy with this ball. I wouldn’t even consider a different ball.

I bought this pilates ball mainly for myself, but my son ended up using it more than I do — sitting, bouncing, and rolling on it nonstop! 😅 The quality is great overall – the material feels thick and sturdy, and it was easy to inflate the first time. It’s held up well to daily use, but I’ve noticed that it needs a bit of air more often than I expected. Probably because it’s getting a lot more action than usual thanks to my kid. Still, it’s a super useful and versatile item — I use it for stretches, core workouts, and posture support while sitting. If you’ve got an active household like mine, just be ready to top it off with air once in a while. Totally worth it though!

I bought this ball for my daughter to replace one that she had that popped she instantly fell in love with it she primarily uses it for exercise and something to sit on while she's watching her shows great material seems very durable overall great product

I bought this because I am pregnant and was hoping it would help me with stretching and some sciatic pains I have been having. This was before I even knew what a birthing ball was but, of course, it can be used for that purpose too. I was scared of this ball after my husband first blew it up for me. I am plus size and not super coordinated so I was really worried I would pop it or fall off. My husband took one for the team and fully tested the ball out prior to me getting on it and it was the most hilarious thing to watch but also really proved the anti-burst claims this ball makes. He was bouncing all over it, throwing his weight on it and basically trying to pop it to his best ability and nothing happened, the ball took all of the abuse. With that said now that I have been using it, I can say I get one of the best stretches I have ever been able to do in my lower back using this ball. I do very easy things with it, I sit on it and stretch my legs and hips and roll back to stretch my back out. I also bounce on it, that is the extent of it, I try not to get crazy, I know there is way more you can do with it work out wise and plan on doing those things once the baby is here. This ball is awesome and I plan on using it to help with labor pains now that I know-how and also plan on using it for regular exercise post-birth. I love it so much I talked my mom into getting one and she has been using hers regularly and loves working out with it herself.
