I really like the many different options the fitness dice offers. I already work out in the morning for 40-60 minutes. I use these on days when I don't have something solid planned or plans change. There are definitely mornings when I wake up and just don't feel like putting the thought into a workout, and I don't feel like one to begin with. So I'll just grab the bag and roll the dice. I like this concept of using dice to setup randomized exercise routines without, well, a routine. The die are a good design of plastic foam material that will last a little while. It is a bit pricey is the only drawback.
