I was skeptical after trying another product that didn’t really work. I applied this at night and in the morning by skin was smoother and bumps were much smaller. I’m excited to try it again tonight and see what happens! Just a word of caution- the cooling sensation was a bit uncomfortable at first after the spray. The smell is overwhelming. The spray nozzle also doesn't mist. It's more like spits and makes a mess. You also have to rub it around to get coverage and no messy drips. I also have sensitive skin and this burned to have on. 2 stars only because I haven't used it enough to see if it works. Edit: The customer service team, Emma specifically for me, is very kind and understanding. I was issued a full refund right away without having to return the product. They also asked me how things could be different and said they will use the feedback. They do care about their customers and the quality of their product.
