When I first received this treadmill I gave it 4 stars. Well made at a great price. Easy to put together. Now that I have used I love it! Unlike other treadmills it is quiet when you’re on it. Plus easy to move around as it has wheels on the front. Great size for a small apartment but feels like a large one. You also can lay it flat and store under a bed.

Really great product. Sturdy and the walking pad feels high quality. The handles are definitely a cheaper plastic but it’s such a small unit I don’t mind it - it also keeps it fairly lightweight. It comes already assembled, just need to attached a couple knobs to keep the the handles in place. Easy to take down and store against the wall or underneath the bed/couch. Wheels to transport easily. They even give you oil lubricant for maintenance, and the instruction manual is actually pretty thorough! The front is nice because you can set your laptop on it and work, it’s not just a handle bar. The cons I would say is there’s no pause button. I would love a pause, you either have to to completely stop it or use the lowest setting to keep your progress which is 0.6mph. Also, the emergency magnet pull-off stops the machine EXTREMELY abruptly, making you almost trip from moving to completely stopping. The “stop” button gradually goes down. All in all, for the price I paid, solid product. Not perfect, but definitely works for getting your steps in, easy portability, and easy to use.

I am very impressed with the quality and features. It's sturdy, quiet and easy to use. It was super easy to assemble. My only concern is the lack of instructions on how to oil for maintenance. That is why I gave it 4 stars.

I was skeptical about ordering this, but so glad that I did. I have only had it for a few days, but it appears to be as described and works well. It was packed very well and with care. All pieces were included and it was super easy to put together and all functionality works well so far. I used to run a lot a few years back and then became a slacker, so I will use this to get me back into my groove. I live in Florida where it is a 1000 degrees everyday - lol..so now I have no excuse to get out and walk/run. I have tried all speeds (it goes us to 6.2) and they all work as supposed to. I would recommend this product and would buy again. I am 5'6 and 130 lbs. and I have no problems with the length of the treadmill or feeling like I am going to fall through it.

3 days after the return window closed, this item started malfunctioning and started a fire in my home. The entire home was filled with smoke and could have harmed me and my family if we had not caught it. I have spent WEEKS attempting to return this item as it is a hazard to my family's life, and Amazon refused to deal with it. Across 10 different customer service representatives, I have received inconsistent messages, false promises, and ultimately no solutions. The final kicker is that I was given a QR code in order to return this defective dangerous item, and when taken to my local UPS store, I found out that Amazon was expecting ME to pay $100 to ship the item back to them. Unfortunately, after a final and absolutely god awful experience with Ara, the returns supervisor at Amazon, I am left with no choice but to file a chargeback and demand my money back. Stay away from this item if you value your life and health, and be prepared for Amazon to screw you over and lie for their own convenience.
